This is so ridiculous. I'm so sorry you and your spouse are going through this.
My prayers are with you. Start calling midwives ask the question over the phone.
Is this her first daby?
What states are you surrounded by?
Check into their laws. you may have to travel.
It's good it's her third child. Usually each birth is easier. It was for us. But keep in mind. Each consecutive birth comes more quickly too.
She may not be in labor 7hrs or so. More like 3-5
