Be transparent and let Anons know what alliances are being
created. Then perhaps more will follow.
That is the clue he was giving after all regarding the alliance of Russia and our Union during the Civil War. He was suggesting that might or could happen again.
If however… this the actual fix and not just a temporary workaround… he just needs to say that. As it stands many will not add Russian IP's to their host file.
There are 2 options:
1) Transparent and forthcoming
2) Cryptic and sketchy
