Now they ALL hit population centers. Ida looks to be on track to not only hit NO but hit it perfectly to cause maximum flooding and damage. This "perfect hit" would mean they eye would have to be steered into about a 10mile wide strip. The probability of this happening is extremely LOW, but watch…it will hit perfectly…
