Weatherfags now saying Ida will be a cat 5. Katrina had winds in mid 120's. Ida is expected to be in 150-160's range. Louisiana has not had a storm that strong since 1856. Rivers cresting at about 18-20 ft and 12 ft storm surge expected. Weatherfags said same thing about Ike and the storm surge ended up being around 20+ range.
