I have just delivered two of my kids to "institutions of higher learning" this weekend and what I see is the average person going along with everything, all of the protocol BS without complaint.(my kids refused)

91% and 95% of the students in these 2 colleges have received both shots. I would never have guessed that many would comply, (unless the admins are lying).
