You know, that ladder that ascends to the sky, that bends around upon itself to form a circle… seasons and whatnot.
The ruler of the kingdoms of heaven from each which angels reign?
Literally. The ruler, by which all measure is made by the angles.
kingdom = zodiac sign
angels = angles
Ladder, each step being a boundary between 2 zodiac signs.
A circle with degrees measured by angle.
mazzaroth = measure?
Different words were used in the way back times. Similar in construction and meaning, visually a little different.

hmm, zodiac sign markings of divisions are the same on a 12" ruler too. new to me. just thought it was the clock and ruler sharing markings. well then.
