Be sure to enter Notepad as Administrator or you won't be able to save changes. I did this last bread and worked exactly as anon stated. Anon has images out the ass now. G'nite anons, I'm really out this time.
I used them and I have not blown up yet. Plus I do not think dns ip addresses in your host file can really do anything. I'm no tech geek, but it worked for me.

Jesus. Why all the hosts file paranoia? You assholes realize if it's empty absolutely nothing changes on your rig. It checks the ip address in your hosts file against a list. If it's not on the list nothing happens. There are no executables in the hosts file. It is a plain text file.
