>Also has anyone dug on The Bellwether Alliance Stuart Scheller called out at the 9:00 mark?

Stuart goes on to say that he carries the "coin":

The Bellwether Alliance has a membership "verification" coin

From their bylaws:

9. Member Verification

When engaging fellow members, we want to identify ourselves quickly as being a member of the Alliance. Verification can take place in person by showing your member coin. If we are engaging a fellow member and our member coin cannot be presented in person, then one or both members may insist that their fellowmen recite one or more of the laws or principles. Since all members live by deeply entrenched core values and share the same education, it is a protection for members to form strategic alliances for the purpose of creating a mutual benefit. It is strongly encouraged by the Alliance that we allow our fellow members the opportunity to engage and hear them out regardless of what class they represent.

10. Daily Reminder

All members should make it a point to carry their verification coin at all times. This not only serves as an identification mark to fellow members but reminds us of the responsibility and honor of being harmoniously united in one of the world's most principled, prestigious and inclusive networks.

14. Honoring Our Commitments

''We must make sure that we honor our word and always uphold our commitments to the best of our ability. The Alliance not only encourages collaboration between members but may choose to help facilitate meetings for the purpose of creating a joint venture or mutual benefit. Any commitment made, whether it be to a fellow member or a non-member, is of the utmost importance that we follow through with the goal of providing an Abundance Exchange. It is not uncommon for people to have different perspectives which could even alter the way they perceive certain conditions. Therefore, we are always encouraged to do honorable business and to be diligent in our business practices by putting agreements in writing. Members who fail to comply with honoring their commitments will be at risk of having their membership revoked.

Following through with our commitments also applies when it comes to taking care of member dues. All member dues are to be paid annually and are payable 30 days prior to their annual due date. If members of the alliance do not honor their commitments of these dues, then they will receive notification as to their possible oversight. If members of the alliance fail to uphold their commitments and neglect to pay their member dues, membership shall be revoked, and member shall be asked to return their member coin to the Regent Counsel. All member dues are important for the Law of Exchange and can be used in the furtherance of all members and for philanthropic ventures in the aiding and assisting of others.''
