Please help I am hung up on >Step 2

Open a command window and run ipconfig /flushdns
Already changed host settings using YT vid with notepad as admin and also doing it with notepad ++ method. Rebooted and cleared cookies etc.
My question is on the command page do I type in "run ipconfig/ flushdns" on top line with spaces as it was presented? Or without spaces on same line or put on separate line below ( with or without spaces ( include 'run' ? )
