The tragedy and catastrophe that just happened in Afghanistan is more proof positive of my contention- President Biden, his family, and his Democrat puppet handlers are China-owned. They are doing China’s bidding.

The Biden Crime Family is owned lock, stock and barrel by China and the CCP (Chinese Communist Party). Joe Biden’s stolen presidency is the best thing to ever happen to China.

I don’t need to remind all of you what just happened in Afghanistan. Everyone saw it. The question is, can you believe your own eyes? How could this happen? This is the worst debacle in US foreign policy history. And it threatens to become the worst catastrophic failure in US military history. Why? Because it was all foreseeable and preventable.

If only Biden and the Democrats were as good at foreign policy, as they are at rigging and stealing elections. We’d be ruling the world, instead of taking orders from the Taliban.

But all those American GIs dead and wounded (and all of their devastated parents) isn’t even the worst-case scenario. Biden is leaving Americans behind to fend for themselves. There is no way out. How many will be murdered? How many will be tortured and raped and starved? How many will be held hostage for a billion dollar ransom? This is like shooting fish in a barrel. This is potentially the greatest PR scenario ever for ISIS.

I’ve warned for many months now that Biden is the most corrupt president in history. I believe he and his family are owned lock, stock and barrel by the Chinese Communist Party.

Everything Biden has done, every action, every statement, every policy, since his inauguration, has weakened America and enriched China. None of this can be a mistake, or coincidence. Joe Biden and his puppet handlers are Chinese- owned.

Let’s examine the “mistakes” of Afghanistan. A picture emerges. These aren’t mistakes.

First up, who evacuates the military first, leaving thousands of American citizens unprotected from blood- thirsty savages? Everyone knows you evacuate the citizens first, then the equipment, and lastly, the military. No one could be so stupid to send the military home first. This was no mistake. This is TREASON.

Secondly, who leaves $85 billion dollars of military equipment on ground? Overnight we just made the Taliban the 26th most powerful military in the world- with your taxpayer money. Who does that? No one is this stupid. This was no mistake. This is TREASON.

Third, who puts Taliban in full charge of security for American citizens? This is pure insanity. That would be like putting the Gestapo or SS in charge of getting Jews safely out of Germany. No one could be that naïve. This was no mistake. This was TREASON.

Everyone involved in this decision should be arrested or court-martialed. Tragically, our Obama and Biden appointed military leaders are too focused on Covid vaccines for an illness with a 99.7% survival rate; Critical Race Theory; climate change; purging all white conservatives from the military; and paying for transsexual operations.

Biden trusted the Taliban to protect our soldiers and citizens? Aren’t they the enemy? Aren’t they radical Islamic terrorists? Don’t they execute people in the street? Don’t they steal little girls to rape, enslave and marry? Wasn’t the whole Afghanistan running for their lives a few days ago from the vicious, bloodthirsty Taliban? But Biden made them our partners?

But wait, it gets worse. Biden gave the names of our citizens and Afghan allies to the Taliban to allow them through the gates of the Kabul airport. That’s a “KILL LIST” for ISIS to hunt down all our people. The US government has officially named the Taliban “terrorists.” And Biden is handing the names of our citizens to terrorists? This is no mistake. This is TREASON.

There are at least 250 Americans stranded inside Afghanistan as the Biden regime winds down operations in Kabul.

Several Americans are outside the Kabul Airport and cannot get in.

And now there are several reports of Americans trapped outside the airport who are not being let in — including women and children.

By the middle of next month, Chase Bank will be closing the personal accounts and credit cards of Retired US General Michael Flynn.

The well respected and highly decorated combat veteran has been a target of the deep state and big tech from the beginning of Trump’s presidency. He was dragged through the swamp in the Russian collusion delusion and had already been purged off of mainstream social media sites like Twitter, but that wasn’t enough to silence him.

General Flynn shared a photo of the letter he received from Chase to his Telegram account on Sunday Morning. It notifies him that his cards will be cancelled by the middle of next month and if he has any other accounts, they will also be getting closed, Because – according to Chase – “continuing to do business with a war hero who supports Trump would be damaging to their reputation.

Gen. Flynn is just the latest outspoken free thinker that has been denied the ability to do business with Chase Bank. Other popular conservative voices have also been kicked out in the name of social justice, such as Laura Loomer and US Army Combat Veteran Joe “Rambo” Biggs.

Law-abiding and tax-paying US citizens are getting their access to essential services cut off because they share their political views and CONGRESS IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.

This kind of oppression happens in Communist hell holes, it shouldn’t be happening in the US.

Our elected officials sit back and do nothing because the feds aren’t directly committing the act…. but it doesn’t make the situation any different than what happens in a Communist hellhole just because you pawn the dirty work off on globalist corporations.

We reported previously how Janet Yellen was predicting rapid inflation in July.

Over the weekend it was reported that inflation was at a 30-year high.

Yellen also warned that not raising the debt limit would injure the economy in July. This issue was not addressed in the $5 trillion of spending pushed through last week. Newsweek reported in July:

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warned members of Congress on Friday that if the debt ceiling is not raised, it will risk “irreparable harm to the U.S. economy and the livelihoods of all Americans,” according to the Daily Caller.

In a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Yellen expressed that she did not know how long the Treasury Department could keep the United States from defaulting on its obligations, which could result in catastrophic economic consequences. The debt ceiling will expire on August 1.

“In recent years Congress has addressed the debt limit through regular order, with broad bipartisan support,” Yellen writes. “I respectfully urge Congress to protect the full faith and credit of the United States by acting as soon as possible.”

With all these risks and issues, the Biden/Obama Administration did not ensure that the debt limit was addressed in these massive bills, nor did they appear to be concerned with countries like Russia and Saudi Arabia deciding not to transact in the US dollar anymore.

For the last 50 years, the petrodollar was in place. Big oil made its transactions in USD. Then a couple of days ago, Russia and Saudi Arabia signed an agreement that likely went beyond the military and defense cooperation it claims. The agreement likely removes the two countries from their relationship with the dollar.

'911' System Offline, 1 Million Plus Without Power After Hurricane Ida Slams Gulf Coast

More than a million people are without power as Hurricane Ida battered New Orleans and the Louisiana coast on Sunday.

Ida was one of the strongest hurricanes on record, in terms of wind speed and pressure, to make landfall in Louisiana. The timing of landfall was on the 16th anniversary of Katrina, a Category 3 hurricane that swamped the Gulf Coast with torrential rains.

After making landfall early Sunday afternoon, Ida has since been downgraded to a tropical storm and was moving eight mph with the storm's eye about 50 miles north-northeast of Baton Rouge. Winds have dramatically decreased and sustained around 60 mph.

Officials warned yesterday of "life-threatening" floods and significant storm surges across Louisiana and Mississippi. Sixteen states from Mississippi to New Jersey are under a flash flood advisory through the week.

LaPlace, Louisiana, recorded the highest rainfall of around 15 inches. Flash flood advisories remain in effect for the area.

So far, more than 1 million homes and businesses are without power and another 100,000 in Mississippi. It was reported that 200,000 were without power in New Orleans due to catastrophic damage to transmission lines for the metro area.

New Orleans is also experiencing technical difficulties with its emergency communications network.

"If you find yourself in an emergency, please go to your nearest fire station or approach your nearest officer," the Orleans Parish Communication District announced via Twitter early Monday. "We will update you once this issue has been resolved."

WHO delivers first medical shipment to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan after opening air bridge

The World Health Organization (WHO) has opened an air bridge with Afghanistan, the health agency said on Monday, allowing for the delivery of medical supplies to the country for the first time since the Taliban seized control.

Announcing the arrival of the shipment, the WHO’s regional director for the eastern Mediterranean, Ahmed Al Mandhari, declared that “for now” the UN agency will be able to continue providing health services to people within Afghanistan.

After days of non-stop work to find a solution, I am very pleased to say that we have now been able to partially replenish stocks of health facilities in Afghanistan.

The shipment of more than 12 tons of medical and health supplies, including trauma kits, arrived on Monday and is sufficient to provide support for more than 200,000 people, according to a statement from the agency. The supplies will be distributed to restock 40 health facilities across 29 Afghan provinces.

The opening of the air bridge comes after the WHO warned early last week that it only had a week’s worth of supplies left in Afghanistan due to the inability to deliver new shipments to the country following the Taliban’s takeover. The WHO has managed to provide food and medical supplies to roughly 300,000 people in the country within the past two months, it said, but restrictions at Kabul airport blocked an attempted delivery on August 23.

EU Tells Member States To Reimpose Travel Restrictions On Americans As Delta Wave Peaks

Now that the summer vacation season is almost over, meaning the influx of American tourists into Europe is set to slow to a trickle, health authorities in Brussels have recommended halting all nonessential travel into the EU from the US, due to the delta-driven surge in COVID cases.

After deciding back in June to add the US to the "safe" travel list - the lists are reviewed every two weeks - Brussels has decided to remove the US from the safe list, a decision that isn't binding, but has generally been followed by most, if not all, EU member states.

Announcing the decision, the EU stressed the decision won't remove "the possibility for member states to lift the temporary restriction on nonessential travel…for fully vaccinated travelers". But allowances for which vaccines to accept in their vaccine passports, and which quarantine restrictions to impose on those who aren't vaccinated, are generally left up to member states to decide individually.

The decision will mostly impact Europe's tourist-heavy southern economies, like Greece, Spain and Italy. Greece especially relies on tourism to buoy its still-fragile economy. The decision to add the US to the safe list back in June was a welcome relief for the tourism industries of Greece and its neighbors.

Per WSJ, visitors from the US are the second biggest group of international visitors to the bloc after British tourists. In 2019, American travelers accounted for more than 27MM arrivals at EU tourist destinations according to data from EuroStat.

One reason EU authorities are now moving to restrict travel by Americans: when the US was moved to the safe list, European officials said President Biden’s team told them they would make lifting a ban on European visitors a priority. But months later, nothing has changed.

With that in mind, it's important to consider the political dimensions of the EU's decision. From what we can tell, it looks like the delta wave in the US finally peaked last week.

Protest Against Mandatory Vaxxing Turns Violent In Greece, 47 Detained

On Sunday, protesters in Athens clashed with police against mandatory vaccination measures that go into effect on Sept. 1.

Police estimate about 8,000 people attended the rally in Syntagma Square, the central square of Athens, chanting anti-vaxx slogans and demanding government officials reverse mandatory vaccinations for all health workers that begins Wednesday.

At least 47 were detained in yesterday's demonstrations, police said in a statement Sunday evening, reported by local media Iefimerida.

Police said unruly protesters "threw objects" at police, and riot control response teams had to use tear gas, stun grenades, and water cannons to disperse the crowd.

According to AFP, the demonstrators held signs that read: "We are not against vaccines, but against fascism."

For several weeks, Greeks have been angered and taken to the streets to protest mandatory vaccinations, vaccine passports, and other virus-related measures.

Event the largest industry union, Panhellenic Federation of Employees in Public Hospitals, released a statement earlier this month, indicating it was against mandatory vaccinations for hospital workers.

The rise in government control over the lives of people under the guise of COVID is absolutely terrifying and continues to spread worldwide. Businesses and the government are forcing mandatory vaccinations and health passports, creating a multi-tier society of those who are vaxxed and unvaxxed.

US Troops Need to Go Back and Fight in Afghanistan, Says Former CIA Director

A former CIA director called the Aug. 26 terrorist attack in the capital of Afghanistan President Joe Biden’s “worst nightmare,” adding that he believes American troops need to return to the war-torn nation to combat terrorism.

“I understand that we’re trying to get our troops out of there, but the bottom line is, we can leave a battlefield, but we can’t leave the war on terrorism, which still is a threat to our security,” said former CIA Director Leon Panetta, the secretary of defense under President Barack Obama who oversaw the U.S.-led mission that killed al Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden.

“We’re going to have to go back in to get ISIS,” he added.

The attack on Kabul’s airport last week killed 13 Americans, more than a hundred Afghan civilians, two British nationals, and the child of another British national.

Panetta said U.S. troops should return to Afghanistan when “al Qaeda resurrects itself,” explaining that the United States has not finished its work there and the Taliban, ISIS, and other terrorist groups still remain a national security threat.

“They gave safe haven to al Qaeda before, they’ll probably do it again,” he said, referring to the Taliban, which previously helped al Qaeda by providing sanctuary, allowing terrorists to plan and carry out deadly attacks around the world.

Although the Taliban recently reassured world powers that it will present itself as “more moderate” than when it imposed Sharia in the late 1990s, Panetta said they are still “terrorists and certainly supporters of terrorists.”

Amrullah Saleh, who says he is Afghanistan’s acting president according to its constitution, has claimed that the Taliban were behind the suicide bombing at Kabul airport.

The United States has also not ruled out the possibility of the Taliban being involved in the attack, with Pentagon spokesman John Kirby saying on Aug. 27 that U.S. officials were unsure if the Taliban were involved.

Terrorist group ISIS-Khorasan, an ISIS affiliate, did claim responsibility for the terror attack on Aug. 26, bragging that its suicide bomber managed “to penetrate all the security fortifications” put into place by U.S. forces and the Taliban.

ISIS-K is reportedly made up of mostly disenchanted Taliban fighters drawn to an even more extreme view of Islam that prides itself on a focus of global, rather than local, jihad. They are said to be enemies of the Taliban, but have seen a boost to their ranks after the Taliban freed ISIS prisoners across the country.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Aug. 29 revealed that 300 Americans remain in Afghanistan and are awaiting evacuation amid a heightened terror threat near the airport.

Biden and other officials set an Aug. 31 deadline for all troops to leave Afghanistan, raising questions about whether the administration can successfully evacuate any remaining Americans in the country by that time.

During the pullout, the Biden administration has received significant bipartisan backlash over his handling of the evacuations and for apparently failing to predict that the Taliban would take control over the country, including Kabul, in just a matter of days. Some have also questioned statements made by Biden and his top deputies that U.S. officials are working with, and even reportedly sharing intelligence with, the Taliban.

Own Nothing and Be Happy: British Banks Could Buy Up 1.75 Million Homes by 2031

A ‘Great Reset’ of the British property market is currently underway, with big banks buying up houses across the country and edging out first-time homebuyers.

Financial firms, including banks and pension funds and asset managers, are partnering with housing developers to buy up new homes for the purpose of renting them to the public. The so-called “build-to-rent” housing scheme sees groups of properties bundled together to be traded as assets between different firms, rather than actually going to market.

Currently, build-to-rent properties only account for around 5 per cent of the market, but the estate agent Savills told The Times that it could account for 1.75 million properties by the year 2031.

Through this process, as well as buying up traditional homes, Britain’s second-biggest bank and largest mortgage lender, Lloyds Banking Group — bailed out by taxpayers in 2009 — is planning on becoming the country’s largest private landlord, with 50,000 properties by the year 2030.

Director of residential research at Savills, Lawrence Bowles said: “Institutional investment in residential property to rent has come a long way. I think ultimately we are reaching a point where nearly everybody in the country will own part of a home because their pension fund is buying it up.”

The scheme has grown in popularity amid interest rates remaining at historic lows and housing prices expected to continue rising, providing a low-risk investment opportunity.

However, some have warned that the scheme will add further impediments to average Britons attempting to purchase their first home.

The chairman of the Housing, Communities, and Local Government committee in the House of Commons, Labour MP Clive Betts, said: “If it is the case that these sorts of investments are forcing out, or jumping in front of, first-time buyers then that is where problems start to occur.

“The housing crisis continues to loom large and we should be doing everything to allow first-time buyers on the property ladder, not allowing them to be pushed to the back of the queue.”

One such young Briton, 22-year-old receptionist Hannah Harrison of Peterborough, said that she is currently trying to save up for a house deposit by living at home with her parents — but fears she will not be able to compete with giant banks such as Lloyds.

“I want to live here, all my friends and family are here and [the development] would be an absolutely ideal location for me, but we’re completely priced out.”

“It feels like [banks] are cheating the system. They have the money to buy it and it pushes prices up for the rest of us.”

Top Gulf Cartel Enforcer Captured near Mexican Border City

A top leader with Mexico’s Gulf Cartel is expected to face a judge in the near future for his role in violent crimes and even a massacre in the border city of Reynosa.

Known in the criminal underworld as “La Droga or Ciclon 89,” Oscar Antonio Lopez Sandoval is the chief regional enforcer for the Matamoros faction of the Gulf Cartel and is second-in-command for the sect. Tamaulipas authorities arrested him on Sunday night during a raid in the border city and then moved him in preparation for his hearing before a state judge on charges including murder, top law enforcement sources tell Breitbart Texas.

The raid took place on Sunday night in the beach area known as El Mezquital, where Lopez Sandoval was fishing without his security detail. Special police officers arrested his fishing party.

The raid allowed authorities to get him out of the city before Gulf Cartel forces could intervene. Mexican state and security forces escalated patrol operations around Matamoros in the aftermath.

About an hour after the arrest, Gulf Cartel gunmen had several small clashes with security forces in Matamoros, primarily on the south and east sides of town. The areas are widely used by the criminal organization for stash houses.

La Droga or “Comandante Droga” had been a long-time leader of the Tiburones strike team of the Gulf Cartel which operated out of the Nuevo Progreso and was behind clashes in recent months. One of those took place in June when gunmen from the Matamoros faction carried out an incursion into Reynosa and killed 15 innocent bystanders. Since then, three commanders including Droga were identified as being responsible for the massacre. One of the commanders died in late July in an apparent execution carried out by the Gulf Cartel.

DeSantis Warns Biden: Deport Or Send ‘Unvetted’ Illegals To Democrat-Run States, Not Florida

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) fired off a letter Thursday, excoriating the Biden administration over their “reckless immigration policies” and demanded the “immediate” end of “unvetted” illegal immigrants being funneled into his state.

If Biden won’t deport the illegals, DeSantis suggested the administration direct them to a different state that supports the “flouting of our immigration laws” — not Florida.

“While Floridians are working to ensure that criminal aliens are not released back into our communities, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) appears to be hard at work resettling ever-larger numbers of illegal aliens who have no lawful status under federal immigration law from the southwest border to Florida,” the governor wrote in the five-page letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. “I ask that DHS immediately cease any further resettlement of illegal aliens in Florida and that the aliens instead be removed from the United States or resettled in states that support the administration’s continued flouting of our immigration laws.”

“Floridians welcome responsible immigration that serves the interests of Florida and the American people, but we cannot abide the lawlessness that your department is aiding and abetting on the southwest border,” DeSantis said.

In a statement about the letter, the Republican further blasted: “President Biden, Vice President (Kamala) Harris, and their administration have refused to fulfill their responsibility to enforce immigration laws enacted by Congress and the resulting influx of unvetted illegal aliens endangers our national security and undermines the socioeconomic wellbeing of hardworking American citizens. Unfortunately, even though the federal government is responsible for immigration enforcement, it is the states who bear the brunt of this administration’s reckless immigration policies.”

“I have been to the border and I observed firsthand the chaos that this administration’s policies have created. To fill the void left by the federal government, Florida deployed its own law enforcement officers to the border, and they’ve (been) told that many of the illegal aliens apprehended there plan to end up in Florida. Floridians welcome responsible immigration that serves the interests of our citizens, but we cannot abide the lawlessness that this administration is aiding and abetting, and frankly encouraging, on the southwest border,” DeSantis elaborated.

The number of encounters at the southwest border have skyrocketed from 78,417 in January 2021 to 212,672 in July 2021, a 171% increase and the highest in more than 20 years.

The number of illegal aliens who were issued a notice to appear or order of recognizance and subsequently released by the Border Patrol in July alone was a staggering 59,691, a massive increase from the 1,324 in this category who were released in January. By contrast, in the last full month of the Trump administration, only 17 aliens in this category were released.

DeSantis also requested DHS provide more information about the illegals to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) by September 30, 2021. The press released outlined the following matters:

the number of illegal aliens resettled in Florida;

the names and destination of the illegal aliens;

the number of illegal aliens resettled in Florida who were tested for COVID-19 and the results of such tests;

the identities of illegal aliens who have criminal records and who have previously entered the U.S. illegally; and

the number and identity of illegal aliens resettled in Florida who have failed to appear for their removal proceedings.

In the lengthy letter, the governor said he’s “under no illusion” the Biden administration will reverse course, but emphasized that “the states, not the federal government, bear the brunt of this administration’s lawless immigration policies.”

OUTRAGEOUS: Virginia Public Schools to Focus on Muslims—As Victims—in Teaching About 9/11 On Attacks’ 20th Anniversary

On Thursday, the Virginia Department of Education published a video entitled, “Culturally Responsive and Inclusive 9/11 Commemoration,” detailing how Virginia public school teachers should handle the upcoming twentieth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 jihad terror attacks that killed nearly 3,000 Americans. The emphasis on that day and thereafter must not be on the ideology of the attackers or the ongoing jihad terror threat; rather, the focus is entirely on acknowledging and eradicating what the video calls “anti-Muslim racism.”

The video is narrated by a hijab-wearing woman, Amaarah DeCuir, who describes herself as “Professorial Lecturer, School of Education, American University & Paragon Education Consulting, President.” One would think that with all her expertise, Ms. DeCuir would know the elementary fact that Islam is not a race, and that there are Muslims, and Islamic jihadis, of all races. And of course she does know that, but she is operating in this video on the basis of the Leftist contention that opposition to jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women really stems from an irrational animus against Muslims as a people, and hence is a “racialized” form of “hatred.”

Yes, it’s toxic nonsense, but that’s the Left for you. In any case, Virginia public schools that implement DeCuir’s recommendations (and since the Virginia Department of Education published her video, it would appear that the department wants that to be all of them) will give students a presentation on the twentieth anniversary of the worst attacks ever on American soil that will portray Muslims as the primary victims of those attacks, and make herculean efforts to deflect attention away from the extremely inconvenient fact that the attacks were perpetrated in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings.

If you doubt that fact, note that in March 2009, five masterminds of the 9/11 plot, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Ramzi bin As-Shibh, Walid bin ‘Attash, Mustafa Ahmed AI-Hawsawi, and ‘Ali ‘abd Al-’Aziz ‘Ali – styling themselves as the “9/11 Shura Council” – wrote a lengthy communiqué titled “The Islamic Response to the Government’s Nine Accusations.” In it, they called the 9/11 attacks an “act of Jihad,” and explained: “The Jihad in god’s [sic] cause is a great duty in our religion.” They quoted numerous Qur’an verses, including the notorious “Verse of the Sword”: “Then fight and slay the pagans wherever you find them, and seize them, and besiege them and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush” (9:5) and another enjoining Muslims to “strike terror into the heart of the enemies of Allah” (8:60).

Attorney and columnist Marina Medvin, who broke the story of this video, notes that the 9/11 Commission Report “mentions ‘Islam’ over 1,000 times and the word ‘Muslim’ over 1,000 times,” for obvious reasons. But Virginia students will learn nothing about any of that. Instead, they’ll be taught about “phobias stemming from 9/11,” “anti-Muslim racism spikes,” and the evils of the fictional “Muslim Ban.” DeCuir offers as an example of “harmful teaching” any “teaching about Islam and/or Muslims” in connection with 9/11, except, evidently, insofar as Muslims were victims of the American response to the attacks.

All of this is designed to help teachers “disrupt anti-Muslim racism by implementing existing district anti-bullying policies.” The video offers three examples of Muslim students who claim to have faced this bullying. One says: “9/11 every single year is so awkward…the administrators would be like, ‘On this fateful day, this happened’…then the Muslim jokes would come up, like ‘don’t blow us up. Don’t do this.’ When I was younger it bothered me, but now I’m desensitized to it.”

Over 90 school bus drivers in Chicago quit after refusing to be vaccinated

Chicago’s new COVID-19 vaccine requirement has prompted a lot of school bus drivers to quit. Chicago Public Schools said Sunday that 90 bus drivers quit between August 23-27.

According to FOX32 News, About 70 of those drivers quit on the same day. “According to the bus companies, the rush of resignations was likely driven by the vaccination requirements,” the school district said. Like many districts across the country, CPS had anticipated a shortage of bus drivers before the city announced vaccination requirements.

They had planned to work around the shortage by scheduling earlier pickups. But the loss of another 10 percent of drivers has left 2,100 students without a ride. The district’s answer? To pay students to find their own way: $1,000 for the first two weeks of school and $500 a month after that.

ABC7 News stated that the mass resignation of school bus drivers led to the cancellation of bus service for many students. Mostly selective enrollment and magnet school students are affected, officials said. CPS said the bus companies have informed them that approximately 10% of their bus drivers have resigned, with at least 73 drivers resigning on Friday alone.

A statement from the district said, “According to the bus companies, the rush of resignations was likely driven by the vaccination requirements. As a result, the district went from being able to provide all eligible students a bus route, to being unable to accommodate transportation for approximately 2,100 students within a matter of days.”

Vaccine Exemption Data Leak Publicizes Students’ Private Information

Students who had applied for vaccine exemptions at CSU Chico had their personal information leaked online.

The university has launched an investigation into the incident.

A spreadsheet containing the names and phone numbers of 130 students from California State University, Chico was leaked onto the internet Monday. Several students were named in the leak, which revealed personal information included in their COVID-19 vaccine exemption forms.

Andrew Staples, the public relations manager at CSU Chico, rushed to reassure students telling the Sacramento Bee, “We are aware of the documents posted online and circulated among the media. We are investigating this incident, while also taking a number of proactive steps to protect students’ confidential information.”

Campus Reform spoke with one student who requested anonymity.

“The university has absolutely no right to tell students what to put in their body,” the student said, referring to the vaccine policy and subsequent data leak.

Campus Reform also spoke with the Chico State College Republicans. The group said that they were “deeply upset” over the incident, adding that they “expect a thorough investigation to be conducted.”

Sean Murphy, the university’s media relations coordinator, told Campus Reform, “Chico State is following the CSU’s policy by honoring the right for students to claim a religious exemption.”

“The University continues to accept requests from students and employees for religious or medical exemptions for COVID-19 vaccine exemptions,” Murphy added. “Students should still know that Chico State supports their rights to hold their sincerely held religious beliefs.”

The Los Angeles Times reports that the university has opened an internal investigation into the incident.

Education Dept. opens investigations into 5 statewide bans on mask mandates

The Education Department announced on Monday that it has opened civil rights investigations into five statewide bans on mask mandates to determine whether they discriminate against students with disabilities.

The department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) sent letters to school officials in Iowa, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah describing how bans on universal mask requirements could prevent schools from implementing policies that protect students from COVID-19, particularly those with underlying medical conditions “related to their disability.”

In the letters, the agency wrote that the prohibition of mask mandates "may be preventing schools…from meeting their legal obligations not to discriminate based on disability and from providing an equal educational opportunity to students with disabilities who are at heightened risk of severe illness from COVID-19.”

The probes will examine whether the bans violate parts of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act that forbid discrimination based on a person’s disabilities and that give all students the right to free public schooling. The OCR said it will collect data from the five education departments “over the coming weeks.”

The Hill has reached out to officials in all five states for comment.

Agency officials noted that they have not launched probes into Arizona, Arkansas, Florida and Texas because those states are not yet enforcing their policies due to court battles or “other state actions.”

“However, the Department will continue to closely monitor those states and is prepared to take action if state leaders prevent local schools or districts from implementing universal indoor masking or if the current court decisions were to be reversed,” the office said in a release.

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said that parents of children with disabilities have told the department that the prohibition on mask requirements is putting their kids “at risk” and “preventing them from accessing in-person learning equally.”

"It's simply unacceptable that state leaders are putting politics over the health and education of the students they took an oath to serve,” Cardona said in a statement. “The Department will fight to protect every student's right to access in-person learning safely and the rights of local educators to put in place policies that allow all students to return to the classroom full-time in-person safely this fall."

With the investigations, the Biden administration is taking a more aggressive push against bans on mask mandates in schools.

President Biden criticized Republican governors who instituted such restrictions on masking earlier this month, saying the moves were “setting a dangerous tone.” At the time, the president said he was instructing Cardona to "use all of his oversight authorities, and legal action if appropriate, against governors who are trying to block local school officials and educators."

FBI suffers another black eye, admits it hid payments to informant in white supremacist case

The revelations come at a sensitive time for the FBI and Director Christopher Wray, who has insisted widespread problems revealed about the bureau's conduct in the now-discredited Russia collusion case have been fixed even as new revelations of misconduct come to light.

The FBI, already under fire for its handling of FISA warrants and confidential informants, is enduring more scrutiny as the Justice Department admits agents failed to disclose to a court that they had paid — to the tune of six figures — a white supremacist publisher for years to be an investigative source.

The admission came in a series of court filings this month in the case of Kaleb Cole, a Washington state man accused of being a member of the white supremacist group Atomwaffen and participating in an intimidation campaign against Jewish Americans and minority journalists. Cole has pleaded innocent and awaits trial.

Cole's lawyers filed a motion to suppress evidence gathered against their client on the grounds that the FBI had failed to disclose in a search warrant application that a publisher of extremist literature had been paid about $144,000 over 16 years to be an informant, including $82,000 for work in the case against Cole. The confidential informant (CI) also had an earlier felony conviction that wasn't disclosed, court records show.

The filings don't identify the informant by name but describe him as a publisher who "owns and operates a publishing company that distributes white supremacist writings."

"The CI began his long career as a professional informant in exchange for consideration regarding his sentence on a federal conviction for possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number and an unregistered silencer," Cole's lawyers argued in an Aug. 13 motion.

"The failure to include the information about the CI's incentives is made more egregious by the fact that the warrant application incriminated Mr. Cole based almost solely on the alleged observations of the CI," the lawyers added.

A week later, the Justice Department admitted agents had mistakenly omitted the information, but argued the search warrant would have been approved anyway before the informant's information had been corroborated.

"Although the defense is correct that certain potential impeachment information about the informant was not included in the affidavit, that omission is hardly fatal," the DOJ said. "The omitted information was limited to the fact that the informant was well compensated by the FBI over a 16-year period, and was convicted of a firearms crime over 15 years ago."

Embattled California Gov. Newsom praised Chinese foreign agent outlet for 'journalistic integrity'

California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom, now facing a recall election, earlier this month touted the pro-Beijing newspaper Sing Tao – citing the news outlet's "balanced news stories" and praising the staff for "journalistic integrity."

The paper also is registered as a foreign agent of China, according to The Washington Free Beacon.

California voters are already mailing in ballots on whether to recall Newson, with final balloting Sept. 14. The recall initiative was essentially the result of Newsom's missteps in handling the coronavirus pandemic – including his lockdown measures and dining at a fancy Napa Valley-area restaurant in violation of his own COVID-19 health-safety mandates.

Polls show the balloting deadlocked on whether to keep or remove him – in the decidedly Blue state.

Newson made the comment about the newspaper at an annual gala in which he also lauded it for helping Chinese-Americans acclimate to California.

The owners of Sing Tao are members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a government advisory board controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

This month, Sing Tao was required by the Justice Department to register as a foreign agent – it joins other Chinese-controlled media outlets like China Daily and Xinhua, which are similarly being monitored by the DOJ as foreign agents.

One owner, Charles Ho, publicly defended the national security law that Beijing has utilized to arrest pro-democracy journalists, politicians and activists in Hong Kong.

Sing Tao, which is published daily in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City, has found success forming close relationships with California politicians. In addition to Newsom, San Fransisco Mayor London Breed and District Attorney Chesa Boudin spoke at the gala.

Weekend gun violence leaves 4 dead and 42 wounded in Chicago

Gun violence killed four people and wounded 42 in Chicago this weekend. Eleven teenagers were among the wounded according to NBC Chicago.

Sunday was the deadliest night. Three of the fatal shootings happened within 20 minutes on Sunday. From 2:30 AM to 2:50 AM, a man was shot in the face, another man was shot in the chest and back, and another was shot in the chest, arm and shoulder. Police do not have any suspects in custody in relation to either shootings.

Among the teenage victims, five were shot after the hours of 10 PM Friday night in various shootings. A 15 year old and a 19 year old were shot in their car. Then, a 14 year old was shot on his own porch. After that two 16 year olds were shot while walking on the street.

Next, a gunshot wounded a sixth teenager while he was walking on the street just after 10 PM. On Sunday, five more teenagers were hurt in shootings spread from midnight to about 4:30 PM. While none have died, two are in critical condition. One of the two, a 19 year old, even refused to cooperate with police. Another 14-year-old girl refused treatment after a bullet grazed her arm.

Almost 15 million 2020 mail-in ballots unaccounted for

Almost 15 million mail-in votes have “gone unaccounted for,” according to a new report by the Indiana-based election integrity group “Public Interest Legal Foundation” (PILF).

“In the face of a pandemic, states from across the nation hastily pushed traditionally in person voters to mail ballots while, at the same time, trying to learn how to even administer such a scenario” the report stated.

PILF describes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity,” existing “to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.”

Former Justice Department civil rights attorney and current PJ Media contributor J. Christian Adams, the president of PILF, said the results don’t bode well for mail-in voting.

“These figures detail how the 2020 push to mail voting needs to be a one-year experiment,” Adams said in a statement.

Bills in Congress, including H.R. 1, the supposed For The People Act, “risk inflating these numbers even further, pushing our election system toward error, disenfranchisement, and ultimately widespread doubt about election outcomes,” Adams continued. “Some of the counties with the least experience in administering mail voting rejected the most ballots nationwide. If continued, 2020-style chaos will become the norm.”

Federal data compilations show that the status of 14.7 million ballots was deemed “unknown” by election officials during the 2020 election, and almost 43.1 million ballots combined from elections in 2012 and onward.

What Does “Unknown” Mean?

The brief PILF report defines it this way:

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission asks local officials how many ballots were not returned as voted, were undeliverable, or were otherwise “unable to be tracked.” The USPS Inspector General most recently reported that only 13 percent of mail ballots in the 2018 General Election used the official tracking system. This means there is a wide variety of things that can happen to a ballot in the “unknown” column.

In the 2020 election, there were 14.7 million “unknown” ballots nationwide, as well as 1.1 million undeliverable ballots, and 560,814 rejected ballots.

PILF helps put these figures in perspective by noting that Joe Biden carried Arizona by a mere 10,457 votes, yet Maricopa County, the state’s largest county, reportedly sent ballots to 110,092 wrong or outdated addresses.

Colorado Election Fraud: Soros-Backed Secretary of State Permanently Blocks Arizona-Style Audits

Whether Colorado election fraud is a real problem or not will remain unknown, as the state’s George Soros-backed SecState will permanently ban Arizona-style third-party audits.

Colorado Politics reported on Friday that Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold “is permanently adopting the emergency rules rolled out earlier this summer to block future efforts at an Arizona-style ‘forensic audit’ conducted by a third party.”

How’s that for restoring people’s faith in election integrity?

Left unsaid: Exactly how a third-party audit is either a sham or would put the state’s “election security” at risk.

While Griswold’s rules would prevent potentially shady people who haven’t passed a background check from accessing voting machines, they would also block trusted “third parties, such as the Cyber Ninjas firm brought in by Republicans in the Arizona state Senate,” according to Colorado Politics.

Griswold, a former Barack Obama activist, is one of many Democrats throughout the state receiving generous financial backing from the George Soros family.

Colorado switched to all-mail-in voting in 2014, making it easier for groups like those affiliated with Soros to drive up turnout, but raising questions about Colorado election fraud.

A recent poll showed that the overwhelming majority of American voters — 63% — actually “reject the Democrat narrative regarding a number of election integrity issues, over three-quarters indicating they support basic election integrity safeguards such as voter ID and signature verification.”

Griswold’s refusal to even entertain notions of a third-party audit won’t do anything to set those questions aside.

The fact is that Americans from both parties no longer trust our elections.

Democrats still howl that 2016 was stolen somehow by Donald Trump, and Republicans are on firmer ground with questions about the integrity of the 2020 election. As I’m sure you’ll recall, that race was tainted with last-minute rules changes by unelected judges, mail-in balloting in states with no experience with them, questionable voting machines, Big Tech money, and more.

Third-party audits — and lots of them — might go a long way toward restoring faith.

But not here in Colorado. Not under Jena Griswold.

Montenegrin Police Seize Record Amount of Cocaine

More than 1,200 packages of the drug — labeled with odd names such as DXV, COVID, EXITO or DXB — were concealed among bananas, stored in a warehouse in the capital of Podgorica’s Zeta district, according to police.
