For no investment required you can also look into environmental hormesis. It's basically introducing yourself to small doses of controlled mental / physical stressors that build your immune system and health.

 

Hot/Cold therapy. Take a hot shower to expand your entire vascular system. Then turn it to as cold as possible at the end for 2-3 minutes. Contracts the entire vascular system. Hot sauna if possible.

 

Intermittent Hypoxia. Look at the Wim Hof method. (He also advocates cold therapy as part of the method).

 

Intermittent and longer duration fasting. Lots of research on the benefits. Fast from food only. Not drinking water is dangerous. Look into electrolytes (salt, potassium, magnesium, iodine)

 

Exercise. High intensity sprinting and weight lifting or bodyweight fitness progressions. Something that you can progressively overload. Otherwise it's not going to be effective.

 

Eliminating crap from your diet. Single ingredients only if possible. Try an elimination diet and slowly introducing foods to see if you react.

 

Meditation and/or prayer.
