Anecdotal but true:

Spouseanon almost died one week ago from covid pneumonia and acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (this after being treated at home with ivermectin, doxycycline, HCQ, prednisone, budesonide & albuterol, vit C D and zinc).

When spouseanon asked Dr (at one of the infamous Methodist hospitals in TX) if it was “the Delta variant”, Dr replied, “ There is no test for Delta or any other variant.”

Essentially the diagnosis of covid pneumonia came from the lung X-rays showing the distinctive pattern of lung damage they associate with “covid” pneumonia.

Thank you for your sympathy, anon but, as I indicated previously, spouseanon ALMOST died… God graciously preserved spouseanon’s life and a literally miraculous recovery is being made.

It has been hell though, and this anon is still sick with fever and pneumonia (16 days and counting).

So sorry for your inconclusive outcome.

It was a hard call since same hospital had sent spouseanon home from ER the day before, with no support (no meds, oxygen) and spouseanon did not want to go back.

By next day, we called an ambulance rather than watch spouseanon suffer and die at home where we could do absolutely nothing.

The medics administering oxygen and then straight to admittance was the key.
