And it’s The Unvaccinated who are spreading it. Those devils. We, who are pure, must be protected from the unvaxxed Unclean.

Fauci, god of soccer moms, rises every morning saying DELTA, goes on television saying DELTA, and goes to sleep praying to DELTA.

Read this from the Texas Department of State Health Services FAQ: “How can I tell if I have the Delta variant? Do labs report that to the state? That information may not be readily available. The [PCR] viral tests that are used to determine if a person has COVID-19 are not designed to tell you what variant is causing the infection. Detecting the Delta variant, or other variants, requires a special type of testing called genomic sequencing. Due to the volume of COVID-19 cases, sequencing is not performed on all viral samples. However, because the Delta variant now accounts for the majority of COVID-19 cases in the United States, there is a strong likelihood that a positive test result indicates infection with the Delta variant.”

Boom.

I can assure you, the number of patients whose samples are genetically sequenced is tiny, contrasted against the number whose samples are simply run through the standard PCR.

So there is no way to know that the Delta variant now accounts for the majority of COVID cases in the US. And using the standard PCR, there is no way to know ANY specific patient has the Delta. It’s all fiction.

We have this from the American Lung Association: “Regular COVID-19 tests do not detect which variant is involved in a patient’s case—that information does not change the approach to care or therapy. The variant identification requires genomic sequencing, a process separate from regular virus tests and one that not all labs are able to do or do not do on a routine basis for patient care but are done more for public health monitoring.”

Let me break down how this game works. To be excessively generous, let’s say that 3 out of every 1000 positive PCR tests in America are sent to high-level labs, where genetic sequencing is done.

A certain percentage of THOSE sequencing tests come up positive for the Delta Variant. Based on these results, MODELS are constructed.

Now we’re REALLY into fake science. The models estimate what percentage of ALL positive PCR tests are really positive for Delta.

I’m sorry to break this newsflash, but modelers are notorious charlatans. Their dense calculations are as far from science as a Model-T Ford is from a spaceship.

But based on models, public health agencies—who desperately needed a new con, because COVID case numbers were declining—blasted through their media assets the new revelation: THE DELTA MONSTER IS LOOSE AMONG US.

But it gets even worse. Why? Because you can bet the farm that the current model pushing the omnipresence of the Delta Variant was never challenged. It was never handed to several groups of independent scientists who went over it with a fine-toothed comb. That’s called verification. That’s called the Scientific Method. You may have heard of it.

The most notorious modeler in the world, Neil Ferguson, of the London Imperial College, bankrolled by Bill Gates, made a prediction early in 2020: by that summer, there would 500,000 COVID deaths in the UK, and 2 million in the US.

It was this absurd prediction, swallowed whole by Boris Johnson, and swallowed whole by Donald Trump, on the urging of Tony Fauci, that led to the original mass lockdowns in US and the UK. And then other nations followed suit.

Democrat double-jabbed for covid dies in the hospital from extreme illness

Former Kentucky state Rep. Brent Yonts has passed away after getting “vaccinated” with two injections of an mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine.”

According to reports, Yonts was admitted to the hospital with a severe case of “covid” not long after receiving the shots in accordance with government guidelines. The 72-year-old Democratic representative from Greenville, an attorney, had no preexisting conditions, his daughter told The Courier Journal.

The media outlet is claiming that Yonts mysteriously contracted “coronavirus” despite being vaccinated, but as we now know, Yonts more than likely developed a vaccine-induced “variant” that caused him to become severely ill, ultimately leading to his death.

This goes directly against what Tony Fauci, Rochelle Walensky and other plandemic purveyors have been claiming about the jabs supposedly minimizing symptoms and eliminating hospitalizations. Such a claim is clearly a lie.

Reports indicate that Yonts was initially treated for his vaccine-induced illness at a local hospital in Greenville before he was eventually moved to the regional hospital in Owensboro. There, Yonts was placed in intensive care where he was put on a ventilator, and not long after that passed away.

US judge rules biometric processing of public data not protected by First Amendment

BIPA case against Clearview AI proceeds

An Illinois state court has rejected Clearview AI’s motion to dismiss a biometric data privacy suit against it on grounds its construction of a database of photos for facial recognition comparison from publicly available images on the internet is protected by the First Amendment.

Cook County Circuit Judge Pamela McLean Meyerson ruled that the restrictions BIPA places on Clearview’s First Amendment freedoms are limited to those essential for protecting the privacy and security of Illinois citizens, Law360 reports. The judge noted that sharing information publicly does not make it free for any use by a third party.

The suit was brought by the American Civil Liberties Union and other advocacy groups under Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). They are seeking a court order forcing Clearview to delete all face biometrics collected from Illinois residents without consent.

Meyerson further rejected Clearview’s claim that applying BIPA to its data collection practices violates the Constitution’s commerce clause, and that Illinois’ court does not have jurisdiction, ruling evidence of the company deliberately marketing its technology in the state sufficient.

Clearview is also defending a multidistrict biometric data privacy suit being heard in federal court.

International clients catalogued

BuzzFeed News has collected a list of 88 law enforcement agencies based in 24 different countries outside of the U.S. that have used Clearview’s facial recognition.

The list is compiled from internal data discovered in February 2020 by an unauthorized third party, and the publication includes the response or lack thereof from each agency.

Of the 88 entities, 12 denied having used Clearview, 30 did not respond, and 10 others neither confirmed nor denied that employees had used the software.

White House Describes Kabul Drone Strike That Killed 10 Civilians as ‘Succesful’

The Pentagon concedes it can 'not dispute' the account of witnesses who say the drone strike killed 10, including seven children

The White House said Monday that the US has carried out two “successful” airstrikes in Afghanistan since the ISIS attack at the Kabul airport, including Sunday’s drone strike that witnesses say killed 10 civilians, including seven children.

“I would say the fact that we have had two successful strikes confirmed by CENTCOM [US Central Command] tells you that our over-the-horizon capacity works and is working,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters.

CENTCOM initially said Sunday’s drone strike destroyed a vehicle carrying “multiple suicide bombers.” After the reports of civilian casualties surfaced, CENTCOM released a statement that it was “aware” of those reports and is investigating further.

Relatives and friends of the victims of the US drone strike said a missile hit a car that contained a father and his children. They also strongly rejected the idea that any of the dead were affiliated with ISIS. “We are not ISIS or Daesh and this was a family home — where my brothers lived with their families,” the brother of a victim said.

When asked about the slaughter, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby conceded that the US was “not in a position to dispute” the account of the witnesses.

Psaki boasted that President Biden gave military commanders the green light for airstrikes after the airport attack. “I can tell you that the president has made clear to his commanders that they should stop at nothing to make ISIS pay for the deaths of those American service members at the Kabul airport,” she said.

Psaki claimed the airstrikes were “self-defense” and said they were meant to kill “ISIS terrorists.” When asked about the reports of civilian casualties, Psaki said, “I can’t speak to or confirm the numbers or cases of civilian casualties in this case. There is an investigation.”

While American citizens stuck in Afghanistan had been required to fill out an online form to be evacuated, a report informs that massive numbers of Afghans are being flown out of Kabul without any proof of identification whatsoever. At least 100 of these refugees are on terror watch lists, and one evacuated man apparently works directly for the brutal Islamic State, infamous for burning people alive and drowning them in cages.

In fact, of the 100,000 people evacuated thus far from Afghanistan, only 5,000 have been American citizens. How many of the other 95,000 will commit terrorist acts in the West? Time will tell — even if our government won’t.

Telling us about the story Friday night was Fox News host Tucker Carlson. He mentioned that after the abrupt closure of the massive Bagram Airfield — an outrageous act that led to the killing of 13 servicemen on Thursday — evacuation of Americans and allies from Afghanistan had to be staged from the virtually undefendable commercial airport in the country’s capital, Kabul.

Carlson then pointed out that the same officials responsible for this debacle are now “overseeing what may be the largest airlift in generations, an airlift of thousands of Afghan citizens into the West and into our country.” But who are these people?

Addressing this, the commentator stated:

The truth is, despite what they are telling you, we have no real idea who they are…. We just learned for example that at least a hundred of the refugees the American military has flown out of Kabul, people we’ve been told repeatedly are heroes by definition are in fact on terror watch lists.

One man we evacuated apparently works directly for ISIS. Today, an Afghan interpreter told FOX News that this sort of thing is happening all the time. People are getting on planes in Kabul without any proof of identification whatsoever. It’s like voting in California. Listen.

“I know people that they’re at the same situation that I am right now,” the interpreter could then be heard saying in an audio clip. “They have worked for the United States. They have provided supply for the United States, but guess what? There are people that are getting inside the airport that they have never worked. They knew somebody with a green card [or] they know somebody with a passport; that’s how they got inside.”

“I know people that they are inside, but they never worked,” he continued.

Unfortunately, this is an example of how “we learn from history that we learn nothing from history,” to paraphrase philosopher Georg Hegel. That is, the above is reminiscent of how, addressing the wave Islamic migration into Europe in a 2015 interview, practicing Muslim Dr. Mudar Zahran stated that it also served as a Trojan horse for jihadists. “I can authoritatively confirm — I have photos, I have images, I have pictures, I have names of terrorists who actually are already in Europe posting their photos in Europe on Facebook,” he warned.

'We report people who have died "with" Covid, unless there is a very clear alternative.'

He added that it was difficult for doctors who were looking after patients to know exactly how much the virus contributed to their death.

Prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina charged 16 people for helping some 850 migrants illegally enter the EU by secretly crossing into Croatia, the Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.

Friday’s indictment is the largest for organized smuggling of illegal migrants in the country’s history. Prosecutors allege that the suspects acted as an organized group from September to December 2020. They allegedly took advantage of the Balkan country’s migrant crisis and received payments from people living abroad to help their relatives illegally cross the border.

As razor wire fences were popping up along EU borders, migrants from the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa started passing through Bosnia to cross the still not fenced off Croatian EU border.

Croatia’s strong and often violent pushbacks created a breeding ground for criminals who saw an opportunity to profit from smuggling people to the EU.

More than 70,000 refugees and migrants have entered Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2017, according to the United Nations.

The duffle bags were wrapped in clear plastic. One (1) of the duffle bags was opened and “brick shaped” objects were discovered. A CBP K9 alerted to the duffel bags and a field test was positive to the properties of cocaine.

A total of four hundred and fourteen (414) bricks were removed from the duffle bags.

Border Patrol Collaboration Operations Lead to the Arrest of 56 Migrants

EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol (RGV) agents collaborated with state, county, and city law enforcement officers to disrupt multiple human smuggling events.

Yesterday morning, McAllen Border Patrol Station agents received an anonymous tip regarding possible migrants and weapons being harbored at a motel in Palmview, Texas. With the assistance from the Palmview Police Department, agents and officers apprehended four migrants in a motel room who were illegally present in the United States. No weapons were located.

Shortly after, RGV agents received information of a residence in Mission, Texas, being utilized to harbor illegal migrants. Agents, along with Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office deputies, responded to the location and encountered four adults, determined to be migrants in the United States illegally. They were identified as nationals of Guatemala and Mexico.

Yesterday afternoon, a Weslaco Border Patrol Station agent spotted a black sports utility vehicle (SUV) heading toward a group of suspected migrants near the Rio Grande south of Donna, Texas. As agents responded to the area, they encountered the SUV abandoned, with the doors open. A search of the immediate area resulted in the apprehension of seven migrants. No driver was identified.

Today, Texas Department of Public Safety troopers requested the assistance of Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station agents to locate subjects which fled from a vehicle in Escobares, Texas. The vehicle drove through a fence and came to a stop near the Rio Grande. A coordinated search by agents, a K9 team, and troopers, resulted in the apprehension of eight migrants. The driver was not located.

Additionally, 33 migrants were arrested in a smuggling attempt utilizing a semi-tractor trailer at the Javier Vega Jr. Border Patrol Checkpoint.

All subjects are being processed accordingly.

Even with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, human smugglers continue to try these brazen attempts with zero regard for the lives they endanger nor to the health of the citizens of our great nation. The U.S. Border Patrol agents of the Rio Grande Valley Sector will continue to safeguard the nation and community against these criminal elements.

UK Planning for Strikes Against ISIS in Afghanistan Says Head of Royal Air Force

Within days of withdrawing the last British troops from Afghanistan after 20 years of warfare, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) is understood to be undertaking planning in order that the UK can launch airstrikes against ISIS in Afghanistan. The plans emerged after the Afghanistan branch of ISIS launched a suicide attack at Kabul airport during the chaotic evacuation, which killed a large number of civilians – 90 according to some reports – including two British men, and 13 US troops. Foreign secretary, Dominic Rabb signed a joint statement issued by the US-led coalition against ISIS saying that they would continue to “draw on all elements of national power—military, intelligence, diplomatic, economic, law enforcement—to ensure the defeat of this brutal terrorist organization.”

Head of RAF, Sir Mike Wigston told the Daily Telegraph

“If there’s an opportunity for us to contribute, I am in no doubt that we will be ready to. That will be anywhere where violent extremism raises its head and is a direct or indirect threat to the UK and our allies. Afghanistan is probably one of the most inaccessible parts of the world, and we’re able to operate there.”

British drone and other aircraft continue to undertake military operations against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, with more than 50 UK airstrikes (or ‘weapon release events’ as MoD now calls them) in first six months of 2021. In addition, UK Reaper drones have also been engaged in a covert operation about which government refuses to answer any questions.

It remains to be seen whether ‘planning’ turns into actual operations but launching such air strikes continues to kill innocent civilians. A US drone strike targeting a car carrying alleged suicide bombers in Kabul on 29 July, reportedly killed 10 civilian members of one family, including a number of children. According to the New York Times:

“Zemari Ahmadi, who worked for the charity organization Nutrition and Education International, was on his way home from work after dropping off colleagues on Sunday evening, according to relatives and colleagues interviewed in Kabul. As he pulled into the narrow street where he lived with his three brothers and their families, the children, seeing his white Toyota Corolla, ran outside to greet him. Some clambered aboard in the street, others gathered around as he pulled the car into the courtyard of their home.

It was then that they say the drone struck.

At the time of the attack, the Corolla was in a narrow courtyard inside a walled family compound. Its doors were blown out, and its windows shattered.

Mr. Ahmadi and some of the children were killed inside his car; others were fatally wounded in adjacent rooms, family members said. An Afghan official confirmed that three of the dead children were transferred by ambulance from the home on Sunday.”

Several police officers have suffered "minor' injuries after almost 70 separate coronavirus lockdown protests were held across NSW, with more rallies in Victoria and Queensland.

More than 150 people have been arrested and almost 600 fines were issued after the protests at public buildings, NSW Police said.

"It's very disappointing that people would think this was appropriate behaviour in the current circumstances," NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon said.

"We are very comfortable with free speech… but when that's with contravention to the public health order, police will not tolerate it.

"The public health order is in place for the safety of all."

Dem Rep. Kim: I Got ‘Over 11,000 Evacuation Requests’ from Afghanistan, Some Got Left Behind After Being Stuck Outside Airport ‘for Hours’

On Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Hallie Jackson Reports,” Rep. Andy Kim (D-NJ) stated that his office has received more than 11,000 requests for evacuation from Afghanistan and has been pushing on requests from Americans that are still in the country. Kim further stated that “many of them have been stuck outside the airport gates for hours, and now that the final planes have left, they are left with a lot of concern about what comes next and they have a lot of questions.”

Kim stated, “My office, we’ve been inundated, we’ve now hit over 11,000 evacuation requests. The ones that we’ve been pushing the hardest on right now are the Americans that we still know there in Afghanistan, and I’ll tell you, it was — it’s been really tough for the last few days, just hearing how difficult it’s been for them. They’ve been — many of them have been stuck outside the airport gates for hours, and now that the final planes have left, they are left with a lot of concern about what comes next and they have a lot of questions. So, we as a nation need to respond.”

He added, “I think that there was a question on there, it was just the sheer desperation of some of these families. I mean, one of these families has a 4-year-old child that’s an American citizen, and it’s tough. I’ve got a 4-year-old kid, too, and I would move mountains to be able to try to get my kid to safety. So, to think about these families that are going through these Taliban checkpoints trying to get to the airport, and they’re like 50 feet away from the gate. They’re so close to be able to get out of there, and then to have that not come together, and for them to be running low on their cell phone batteries and feel like they have to get back to their home, that’s tough. It really is, and I just urge us to do everything humanly possible to communicate clearly to them about how we’re going to get them out.”

Kim further stated, “I do have faith that we, as a nation, will do everything that we can, and I urge this to, again, be a bipartisan effort, when it comes to getting out Americans. … So, I do hope that we’re able to find a way together to be able to do this.”

Former EDA Director Indicted on Federal Fraud Charges

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.– A federal grand jury in Charlottesville returned an indictment last week charging the former executive director of the Economic Development Authority of the Town of Front Royal and the County of Warren, Virginia [EDA] with wire fraud, bank fraud, aggravated identity theft, and money laundering.

According to an indictment returned under seal last Wednesday and unsealed today, Jennifer Rae McDonald, 44, of Front Royal, Virginia, was the executive director of the EDA from April 2008 until December 2018. From June 3, 2014 to on or about December 20, 2018, McDonald devised and participated in a scheme to defraud the EDA to obtain money and property by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations, and promises.

McDonald, through her position as executive director at the EDA, had access to funds belonging to the EDA and, as the indictment alleges, used EDA funds to pay on debt owed by her, other individuals, and LLCs she controlled, to purchase real property for which she often earned commissions as a real estate agent, and to purchase real property in the name of an LLC she controlled.

McDonald is charged with 16 counts of money laundering, 10 counts of bank fraud, seven counts of wire fraud, and one count of aggravated identity theft. The defendant made her initial court appearance today and was released pending trial.

Acting U.S. Attorney Daniel P. Bubar of the Western District of Virginia and Special Agent in Charge Stanley M. Meador of the FBI’s Richmond Division made the announcement.

The FBI and Virginia State Police are investigating the case.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Sean Welsh is prosecuting the case.
