Q mentions NK in the same passage as the selling off of the shuttle program.

It sounds ridiculous (at first) to think that NK could have space shuttles, but what if they did?

Live NASA feeds from the shuttle often showed strange objects flitting around in Near Earth Orbit. While the speculation was often that they were ET in origin, they really could have been anything – deep state assets, corporate craft, foreign stuff, who knows. But getting the shuttles out of space certainly removed the ability of some gov/mil agencies to track what is happening up there.

Many people who claim UFO abduction say that they see owls outside their windows before or during the event. It's speculated in the abduction literature that ETs plant 'screen memories' in their victims, making them remember an owl instead of what they really saw (an alien, according to their theory).

Now, Dr Karla Turner thought that there was a strong military connection to the 'alien abduction' phenomenon and that many of these abductions were done by rogue military. Possibly there were no 'aliens' involved. But the owls crop up lots in these abduction stories.
