Here's my theory on JA.
In Oct/2016 JA's internet was cut forcing his deadman switch to fire off some short time later and release the keys to the bitcoin blockchain. Curiously enough he had a meeting with Pamela Anderson a few days prior. How random is that? My guess is PA is working with 45 through the conduit of PA, in the same vein as Rodman and Kanye. People with high enough profile who cannot be isolated and silenced. You see, the major underlining issue with the Cabal is that they are tooled to fight individuals who get too nosy. When we stay together, when we go together as a group we are impenetrable. We're dangerous to them.
"Watch the water" = Baywatch = PA.
PA leads us right to JA.

The first few groups that researched the keys made a mistake of working in private where they could be isolated and silenced. I believe WWG1WGA is a major tenet of Q because ultimately we are all going to have to open these files with the keys. Maybe Q will accidentally release it all? The whole Q dig is about building the web of context that surrounds the insurance files. The files will poison anyone related to those directly implicated and, then, they wont be able to walk down the street.
