These nurses are seeing this daily and are saying NOTHING!
they know and are turning a blind eye!
I'm angry. Really angry.
But most of all….I really want this to stop.
How do we fix this for them so they can do right by their patients?
How do they go to work every day with the burden they are carrying by being bullied.
Surely not all of the nurses are blind.
What do we need to do?
We've got to do something.
