Biggest issue, to me, and I think it may come up by looking at PV's MO in the past, is that the teacher may have graded students based on the teacher's beliefs.
Roughly expressed, there's an accepted curriculum state wide, and teachers tests and grading need to be based on questions and answers provided in that curriculum. Especially an AP class.
I would say, if this prick tested and graded on his Antifa bullshit, and flunked some kid, he's going to be in legal jeopardy, as well as the SD. The SD may try to claim ignorance/no knowledge, but that won't fly because they must have known the Antifa flag and Mao poster were displayed prominently in the room., but didn't do jack squat. Add to that, have to guess the prick probably spouted in the faculty lounge, too, and, if so, other faculty either heard shit and shut up, or, informed the administration, who either ignored them, or passed it on to the district, who ignored the administration.
PV generally lets shitheads like this hang themselves before the big hammer comes out. I think the big hammer is the teacher graded kids based on his beliefs rather than an official curriculum. AP grades determine what basic level courses a student is allowed to skip in college, and weigh heavily on a kids GPA. GPA would affect graduation honors, for example, whether a kid is valedictorian or not.
