100% BULLSHIT

Demilitarized means to make inoperable. This means taking out key components of said equipment. Such as taking out ALL the firing pins or bolt carrier groups of the weapons. Or all of the glowplug wires of the Humvees. Or a single Rotor Armature of a Black Hawk.

A better option is to sabotage the equipment to where it is partially operational so that it failed at a critical moment. Such as the M4 Blowing up in the faces upon their first use. Or a Black Hawk going airborne to then have 2 rotors fly off with engine shutoff at 5000 ft AGL.

Leaving behind operational equipment for the Enemy to use against friendly forces is known as Aid and Comfort and is calledTREASON!
