For military looking for exemption to the COVID19 Vaccine. From the FDA's fact sheet on the LICIENCED Pfizer vaccine, brand name: COMIRNATY

"The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness."

The licensed vaccine by the FDA is LEGALLY DISTINCT from the current EUA Pfizer-BioNTECH COVID-19 Vaccine.

Interesting. What was the Secretary of Defense's order?

"Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance."

What does that tell us? The FDA licensed vaccine is LEGALLY DISTINCT from the current EUA Pfizer vaccine, they say they're the same, but LEGALLY THEY ARE NOT. Under the EUA the three currently available vaccines are VOLINTARY. Per the SecDef's order only the FULLY LICENSED vaccine is MANDATORY.

God bless, I hope this helps.
