Agree. It’s my “drug” 6 days a week. On lazy days I scroll through on the treadmill..kill two birds and all that. It’s so important to make it a habit, something you just automatically do.
Any other anons without previous sleep problems, find themselves for the past few nights, waking up at 2 am? I lie awake for a few hours for no reason…
Did not know that.. t y. I do sense things in others so it’s def plausible. I’m the one always harping about good sleep habits on here so to have this for no reason..I know it’s not anything I’m doing or not doing-haven’t changed anything in schedule, diet, day, etc so outside forces really makes sense.
