The left ear is said to be more of this physical realm, if you have negativity, unhealed issues within you or if deeper tones, the phrase 'you are being spiritually attacked' thru that tone.
I've had the ear ringing for years, went to the doctor to rule out tinnitus or other issues and they tested and no medical issues were found, she said to maybe try music at night as some nights the ringing was very loud. Over the years have tried white noise, binaural, to now, just letting it flow.
There is science behind this, but you can ask your body(army of cells) to help with the ear tones and also ask your spiritual guides to 'tone it down' if it is too much to take in at once.
Everyone will experience this at a different level personalized to them and core.

I do agree on source too, some can be sensitive to cell towers or other higher frequency electronic devices unknowingly around them. Technology is there and in the wrong hands, sound can hurt someone. I am hoping the sound tones are related to a 'higher calling' to evolve.
