Found in Stephen Paddocks hotel room: a ZTE phone and an "unidentified" laptop. Seems like he was the recipient of some of the comped devices on those pallets.

Why tape on the ZTE phone and not on the Samsung one?… implies he knew the ZTE could be comped.
