Fucks sake, at least 2 weeks.. its amazing how some days it feels like steams gathering, other days it feels like its totally gassing off….

 

Wtf was going on today with CM & wendy rogers.. CM didn't do much but he REALLY emphasized asking people to go tell wendy to approve the inclusion of canvassing in the report, as though she wasn't going to.. and all the numbnuts on telegram misunderstood and attacked her for being against canvassing in general.. not understanding he was saying "include it in the report"

Egg fast works great.. limited to eggs (with yellow) and fats (like cheese), you could have a little meat as well.. almost no carbs, 3 or 4 days (but 0 cheating, otherwise its fucked), and then very slowly build back up to your regular carb intake….

 

This simulates natural ketosis (which is good in small periods.. your body wasn't meant to be constantly satiated) without depriving your brain of essentials.. You will feel like a hungry wolf on day 4, ridiculous amounts of energy, very clean feeling, but pacing around thinking about food..

 

As part of the slow carb re-build, I make sandwiches with just a half slice of bread, cut into quarters, but stacked high.. and lot of nuts carrots and greens..

 

You can easily lose 10-20 lbs in 2 weeks, feel great, shit great.. try it out anons.

 

IF you drink, you gotta cut the beer out.. switch to vodka during the fast and water/ice it down.. You'll need less total alcohol anyway while fasting.
