don't save any meme/pic directly from any site.
instead, use snipping tool to save them (I have it on my taskbar for easy access)
another way would be to screenshot it and crop it down
and yet another way would be to copy the image and paste it into paint or something then save as image
we should all be well beyond this sort of thing being a threat
