Covid 19 RANT!

So, Elderly anon lives with brother, SIL and 2 teens 14, 17 for the school year. Their Mom lives 45 mins away with boyfriend and 4 yr old.

So, 17 yr old daughter of my niece comes home sick. (I drop off and pick up the niece every school day)

Day 2 she (the Queen)demands to be Covid tested.

Here's the rub.

Day 3 we go to a care facility to be tested 1 hour after they open. We're turned away because facility is full. Told to try again on Friday.

Call Walgreens for drive up test. Need appointment first available on. Friday.

Nieces daughter agrees to self test at home. Costs 25.00 Most pharmacies SOLD OUT.

We find one, test comes up positive.

SCHOOL won't accept those.

Day 4

We go to Dr office for "official test and Dr note."

Comes up positive. Lungs are clear.

NOTHING offered to reduce other symptons.

Quarantine for 9 more days. Go back hoping for negative test so she can return to school.

That's it.

Meanwhile, snowflake mom pulls 14 yr old son out of school cause he could be carrying it and will be tested on Monday.

No symptoms yet.
