A new Texas state law took effect today that bans most abortions after just six weeks of pregnancy. Nearly half a century after the Supreme Court guaranteed the right to abortion, it’s shameful the courts didn’t step in to block this unconstitutional law.
We cannot allow these attacks on a woman’s right to choose to continue. We must continue to fight to protect the rights guaranteed by Roe v. Wade.
