Joshโ€™s real estate career began in 2001 with independently investing in and repositioning distressed assets in New Jersey. Subsequently, Josh was recruited by a leading NJ-based developer to serve as VP of Development, and in just the first 12 months, successfully identified adaptive re-use assets and entitled more than 700 residential units and 150,000 sf of professional and medical space valued in excess of $75MM. His accomplishments included identifying and underwriting development projects, working with land-use and transactional attorneys, planners, architects, civil and environmental engineers, contractors, financial institutions, government bodies and non-profit organizations to bring concepts to fruition.
