y'all need to read the SC dissent by Sotomayor to get the bigger picture of why the left is freaking out about this non action by the SC.

She screams how TX "enlisted" the citizens to sue. She screams of how TX passed a bill that prevents federal Courts from interjecting.

Her screams tell the truth and this is not just about abortion decisions as a State right.

It is the legal framework of dismantling the federal laws imposed on States that should NEVER have happened.

Please read page 7,8 and first paragraph in 9.

You will see she is screaming that the constitution exists! We The People can over ride federal. She says "enlist citizens" and "makes it hard for federal courts to intervene"

Her dissent is more important than the majority opinion but that short opinion should be read to get the full impact!
