Sounds like someone is listening to Clif High and implementing his advice to conduct non-violent, passive aggressive 'wootage' (sabotage to you and I) and to otherwise 'gum up the works' so to speak. Clif also gave advice on how to 'control' groups to include police during riots and demonstartions. According to Clif's twatter page he was contacted by the Seattle FBI to 'discuss his videos' after a complaint that Clif says came from New Zealand govt. officials.
