I would be cautious outright dismissing it anon, sure it's farfetched if you aren't familiar.
Consider Q has indeed quoted that we are all "re-incarnated ET's"
Once it starts to go there, either it's absolutely legit as we believe Q is, or it's the greatest larp of all time…. there really isn't middle ground any longer.
Q hasn't really touched it again since then.
We will see, keep an open, loving, mind.

Another though, the ideas been around awhile on here, Q's never shut it down or mentioned it, while all the other fake ideas/larps seem to come and go.
I find that interesting.
Just keep an open mind, you didn't get here by luck.
There's been other subtle hints, not just that specifically, and not just from Q, just stuff that goes together.
I don't have a rock solid example for you at the moment, but I just keep an open mind in general.
It's not that one post by itself, it's hard to explain.
Q keeps saying pray, talks about meme magic. things of that nature, in terms of collective energy/power etc. the "hive mind" and such.
I would say more, but I'm already being ridiculed, so meh, it won't matter to you anyway.
