The photo in the plane over Vegas

I just decided to see what I could find by looking for properties on the photo. So, I right clicked the photo, then chose View Image Info. Besides that photo and the other photos Q had posted, there were many others and I am wondering if they are important. Some are very odd, like this one:

I don’t understand what I am seeing. Are they additional photos on a thumb drive that weren’t used by Q? Are they photos that have been uploaded at some point that I did not see? Please check out some or all the other photos Q has uploaded to see if we were missing something. May be IMPORTANT.
