There's something really fishy with this script. As there was with editing your host files.

Note where it tries to redirect you to a page that can be anything * preceding 'media.8kun.top' and what is anything * preceding '/ig.test(l.href'?
var n = Math.floor(Math.random() * 77777777777) + 1
This needs to be explained as well.
I'm thinking this script is going to allow only certain images to come through. Images that they are going to try and plant on our board. I would caution everyone from using this script!
