If any anons or wifeanons are food preservationists [you can food] there are no jar lids to be had…NO WHERE!
Since July of 2020 they have been as scarce as hens teeth cuz the manufacturer has not been making
the canning supplies [one excuse after another, yall know…COVID], so its been tough. Many have food to put up
from their gardens, or just trying to be prepared for…well you know shit to hit the fan…and here we all sit with our thumbs up our asses
all dressed up n' no where to go.
Well, here is the scary part…just found out early am this morning Wal Mart who is a big carrier of canning supply goods
has dismantled their entire food canning section…GONE! Jus GONE…like Lady Gaga's virginity!
The entire isle shelvings…gone.
Store employees stated it's not coming back.
No one has this stuff, all state "Sold Out"/"Not in Stock"/Not Available"
Not Amazon.
Not Ace Hardware.
Not the Tractor Supply…no where.
And these Wal Marts are in the Midwest…FARM COUNTRY! [I'm West coast]
But we do have CHYnese knockoffs that do not work [nearly 90% failure rate for sealing/98% canning lid collapse].
No canning [again] this fall Ladyanons.
These bas-turds want is starving and dead.
