TY this is why we ask for SAUCE!

This may be why there has been a HUGE push in opioids over the past few years)

"Pharmacology"

Mu an important opiate receptor"

Opioid receptors are a group of inhibitory G protein-coupled receptors with opioids as ligands.[1][2][3] The endogenous opioids are dynorphins, enkephalins, endorphins, endomorphins and nociceptin. The opioid receptors are ~40% identical to somatostatin receptors (SSTRs). Opioid receptors are distributed widely in the brain, in the spinal cord, on peripheral neurons, and digestive tract.

  1. Opiods and Cancer Review

Purpose of review

Most cancer patients experience pain and many will require opioids. However, the effects of opioids on cancer progression, metastasis, and recurrence is increasingly being questioned. There is evidence that opioids affect immune system function, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and invasion in a potentially deleterious manner. This review will examine the preclinical and clinical evidence.

Recent findings

Recent clinical data have struggled to find robust evidence

thatopioids promote cancer progression. Although most study has involved morphine, differential effects of other opioids on immune function and cancer are revealing a more complex picture.

Def: Ligands:In coordination chemistry, a ligand is an ion or molecule that binds to a central atom to form a coordination complex. The bonding with the metal generally involves formal donation of one or more of the ligand's electron pairs often through Lewis Bases. The nature of metal–ligand bonding can range from covalent to ionic. Furthermore, the metal–ligand bond order can range fromone to three.

Possibly this is where CoVFeFe comes into play- bonding metal ions- still working that angle

'''Vandium (V) is a mineral needed for healthy teeth (think Meth-mouth)V+Fe+Fe(3 metals)

Anyone else find it interesting that all the Covid names seem to aligning with Opioid Receptors?

'Anyone else find it interesting that Opioid increase risk of cancer?

""Anyone else find it interesting that Opioids decrease your immune system?'''

Anyone else find it interesting that we are in a Plandemic that attacks our immune system?

( It's a lot of ino, I know. This is still a work in progress. Starting to connect the dots tho.)

Congrats to you, Anon for breaking free. You had the stamina and will power to do it! Hence yourreason for being here. Wishing you all the best.

Looking at your meds, I see that there is GREAT DIFFICULTY in getting the meds as the doctors are allowed a minimal number of patients for this particular med. Now why the hell is that? For a synthetic drug, it's regulated to hell and back!

How Are You Prescribed Suboxone?

Suboxone is typically recommended when the patient has stopped using opioids and no longer has the presence of opioids in their body.

Prescriptions are regulated by the Drug Enforcement Agency with doctors being required to attend an eight hour training about the medication. Doctors are also required to keep detailed records of prescriptions and are limited to the number of patients they can treat.
