Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative says that in Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin, unaccounted for ballots outnumber the margin of victory.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Wisconsin had a margin of 20,682 votes last November. Wisconsin lost track of 82,000 mail-in ballots!

Spakovsky told Breitbart’s Alex Marlow,

“[The Wisconsin Election Commission] said 6,500 absentee ballots they mailed out were sent back by the postal service as ‘undeliverable’ [and] 3,000 ballots that came back were rejected. They don’t say why, but usually [a ballot is rejected] because, for example, the signature doesn’t match, indicating it may have been a fraudulent ballot,” he remarked.

Wisconsin authorities cannot account for 76,000 ballots, von Spakovsky stated. “They don’t know what happened to them,” he said. “In other words, voters requested an absentee ballot, or [Wisconsin officials] simply decided — in some places in Wisconsin — to simply mail out absentee ballots to everybody, and the ballot never came back, so it’s unaccounted for. These are the official numbers of the election commission [in Wisconsin], and we don’t know what happened to them. We don’t know if [the ballots] got lost [or] if they were stolen and somebody didn’t get to vote.”

“This didn’t just happen in Wisconsin. … The margin of victory in Arizona for Joe Biden was only a little over 10,000 votes. Maricopa County alone has admitted that they sent 110,000 mail-in or absentee ballots to what turned out to be the wrong addresses,” he continued

“They were labeled [and] returned as ‘undeliverable’ by the postal service,” he added. “Same thing in Nevada. … Clark County sent out something like 93,000 mail-in ballots that are unaccounted for. In other words, they mailed it out [and] it never came back. We don’t know what happened to them, and remember, the margin of victory in the entire state was only a little over 33,000 ballots.”

“There are literally tens of thousands of ballots out there floating around, and we don’t know what happened to them,” he concluded.

Canvassing of voters must be done in every state.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that Almost 15 million mail-in votes have “gone unaccounted for,” according to a new report by the Indiana-based election integrity group”Public Interest Legal Foundation” (PILF).

This is the result of mass mail-in ballots in a scheme that the elections offices around the Country weren’t even prepared to execute.

This is just another example of how COVID-19 was used to steal the election.

How could they all claim this was “the most secure election in history” when they don’t even know who received the ballots?

Lyft Donates $1 Million to Planned Parenthood, Vows to Pay Legal Fees for Drivers Bringing TX Women to Get Illegal Abortions

Rideshare service Lyft is promising to cover all legal fees if any driver gets sued for bringing a woman to get an illegal abortion in Texas.

The company also donated $1 million to Planned Parenthood.

Under a new Texas abortion law, a woman cannot terminate her pregnancy after an ultrasound can detect a fetal heartbeat, which can occur as early as six weeks into pregnancy. There is an exemption for cases of medical emergencies.

Instead of being enforced by the government, it will be up to private citizens to sue abortion providers or anyone who aids a woman getting an abortion after the heartbeat has been detected.

As anyone who assists in obtaining an abortion is open to lawsuits, Lyft announced on Friday that they have launched a legal fund for drivers who may get caught up in a suit.

“TX SB8 threatens to punish drivers for getting people where they need to go— especially women exercising their right to choose,” Logan Green, the CEO and co-founder of Lyft, wrote in a tweet. “[Lyft] has created a Driver Legal Defense Fund to cover 100% of legal fees for drivers sued under SB8 while driving on our platform.”

Green announced that the company is donating $1 million to Planned Parenthood — and asked others to do the same.

“If you feel compelled to join us as an individual, Planned Parenthood is accepting donations to further this work,” he added with a link to Planned Parenthood.

Under the law, women will not face penalties for getting an abortion, but those who help facilitate it could be fined $10,000.

“Drivers are never responsible for monitoring where their riders go or why. Imagine being a driver and not knowing if you are breaking the law by giving someone a ride,” the company added in a release. “Similarly, riders never have to justify, or even share, where they are going and why. Imagine being a pregnant woman trying to get to a healthcare appointment and not knowing if your driver will cancel on you for fear of breaking a law. Both are completely unacceptable.”

Lyft co-founder John Zimmer quote tweeted Green’s announcement and wrote that he is “proud of the team.”

Florida Gov. DeSantis Eyes Possibility of Implementing Restrictive Texas-Style Abortion Law

The Texas law, which took effect on Wednesday, effectively prohibits practically all abortions after a fetal heartbeat is confirmed, which typically occurs six weeks after a woman gets pregnant. While there is an exception for medical reasons, women who become pregnant as a result of rape or incest are not exempt.

After the US Supreme Court declined to overturn pro-life legislation in Texas, Florida's Republican Governor Ron DeSantis said he will "look more significantly" at a fetal heartbeat abortion ban, the Sunshine State's Local 10 reported on Friday.

"What they did in Texas is interesting and I haven’t really been able to look at enough about it," DeSantis is quoted in the report as saying. "They’ve basically done this through private right of action. So, it’s a little bit different than how a lot of these debates have gone, so we will have to look. I am going to look more significantly at it."

A provision in the law, known as Senate Bill 8, or more commonly known simply the Texas Heartbeat Act, allows a private person to sue anyone suspected of performing or assisting in abortion in violation of the law.

In a 5-4 decision on Wednesday, the Supreme Court denied an emergency appeal by abortion providers to overturn the ruling, with the majority coming from the court's conservative justices. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the liberal justices on the Supreme Court in dissenting.

On Thursday, Florida Senate President Wilton Simpson reportedly indicated state lawmakers were prepared to submit a similar bill to the Texas one in their state, using the high court's decision as permission to do so.

“When the Supreme Court goes out and makes a decision like this, it clearly is going to send a signal to all the states that are interested in banning abortions or making it more restrictive to have an abortion in their state, it’s certainly going to make us take a look at those issues," Simpson said.

Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union are among those who believe the Texas bill violates women's constitutional rights.

Earlier this week, the US media reported that President Joe Biden and top Democrats are assessing their options for dealing with the impact of the disputed pro-life law. The party is now reportedly debating its next moves in terms of a legislative reaction, trying to incorporate abortion rights protections into federal law while also potentially reforming the Supreme Court, warning that the decision is fraught with enormous repercussions in other states nationwide.

Presently, Biden responded by directing his department to assist Texas in “insulating women and providers” from the law. Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a statement in which he stated that he was "deeply concerned."

Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that the House will vote on the Women's Health Protection Act, federal legislation that will guarantee women's right to abortion care across the country by enforcing the 1973 landmark case Roe v. Wade.

Roe v. Wade was a landmark decision by the US Supreme Court, declaring that a pregnant woman's right to an abortion is protected under the constitution. The landmark decision sparked a national debate about abortion length limitations, particularly in areas where anti-abortion legislation had been struck down.

And in its endeavors, Texas is following the lead of other Republican-controlled states such as Arkansas, Idaho, Oklahoma, and South Carolina, which all passed near-total abortion prohibitions earlier this year.

Feds Must Disclose ‘Identities of Any Unnamed Co-Conspirators’ to Ghislaine Maxwell, Trial Judge Rules

Federal prosecutors must disclose the “identities of any unnamed co-conspirators” whose names they plan to refer to at trial to Ghislaine Maxwell, a federal judge ruled on Friday.

In a three-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan also ordered the government to “disclose all co-conspirator statements it intends to offer at trial no later than” Oct. 11.

“The government argues that there is no risk of surprise because ‘it currently intends’ to introduce the alleged co-conspirator statements of only two individuals,” the order states. “At the same time, however, the Government proffers that it ‘may change its view as it prepares for trial.’ […] The Court thus finds the Government’s reassurance hollow and insufficient to ensure that the Defendant may adequately prepare her defenses.”

Equally significant to Judge Nathan as the government’s stated justification was what prosecutors did not argue.

“Moreover, the Government has not alleged that disclosure here would create ‘potential danger to co-conspirators’ or risk ‘compromising continuing investigations,'” the judge wrote. “It merely argues that disclosing the identities risks ‘harm to the Government from restricting its proof at trial.'”

Judge Nathan was skeptical about this claim.

“The Government provides no explanation for this purported harm and none is apparent to the Court,” she wrote. “Thus, the Court finds that this concern alone does not outweigh the risk of surprise to the Defendant in this case or the need for the parties to litigate co-conspirator issues in advance of trial to ensure the absence of delay.”

Maxwell asked to learn their identities earlier, as one of the categories of information her defense team requested to avoid a trial-by-ambush.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Alison Moe asked Judge Nathan in mid-August to shield those names.

Charged with sex trafficking and other offenses, Maxwell faces her first trial in November. Prosecutors have characterized her case as the “prequel” to the Jeffrey Epstein saga.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) has shown efficacy against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in some but not all studies. We hypothesized that a systematic review would show HCQ to be effective against COVID-19, more effective when provided earlier, not associated with worsening disease and safe. We searched PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, Google Scholar and Google for all reports on HCQ as a treatment for COVID-19 patients. This included preprints and preliminary reports on larger COVID-19 studies. We examined the studies for efficacy, time of administration and safety. HCQ was found to be consistently effective against COVID-19 when provided early in the outpatient setting. It was also found to be overall effective in inpatient studies. No unbiased study found worse outcomes with HCQ use. No mortality or serious safety adverse events were found. HCQ is consistently effective against COVID-19 when provided early in the outpatient setting, it is overall effective against COVID-19, it has not produced worsening of disease and it is safe.

Private Afghanistan Evacuation Team Criticizes Biden Administration Officials Who ‘Did Absolutely Nothing’ To Help Girls Escape Taliban

Robert Stryk revealed the names exclusively to the Daily Caller News Foundation of the Biden administration officials he said failed to support his team’s private evacuation effort out of Afghanistan.

One of the emails was a “911” message, asking Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer for his help in getting 280 vulnerable girls to the airport. Finer had previously acknowledged the team’s effort to get Americans and Afghans out of the country.

“This was an unholy alliance between the United States government and the Taliban,” Stryk said. “These girls were left to fend for themselves.”

A private evacuation team told the Daily Caller News Foundation exclusively that senior Biden administration officials they asked for help in getting people out of Afghanistan didn’t help at all.

The team had contacted senior officials in the administration to help evacuate people from Afghanistan before the U.S. withdrawal, according to emails obtained by the DCNF. They were working to get Americans and vulnerable Afghans out of the country, but it was a difficult task to do alone, according to the team.

Robert Stryk, who earlier spoke with the DCNF about his frustrations with the administration before Aug. 31, said Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer failed to act on his team’s desperate pleas for help in getting hundreds of girls out of Afghanistan as the U.S. withdrawal deadline approached.

Stryk is the head of a Washington-based lobbying firm that was paid in 2017 by the government of Afghanistan for “US Government affairs and commercial sector advice. Executive Branch and Legislative Branch Engagement; Defense consultation; strategic advice pertaining to extremism/terrorism; and promotion of democracy and foreign direct investment.”

Stryk was emotional in an exclusive phone interview with the DCNF when he described a dire request his team made to Finer. The email was a “911” sent Aug. 28 asking Finer to help get 280 vulnerable girls to the airport. Finer had responded to an earlier message sent Aug. 16 from Stryk’s team about their efforts to get Americans and vulnerable Afghans out of Afghanistan.

“We initially reached out to the White House, myself and Former Congressman and Navy Seal Scott Taylor, and we were looking for somebody to help so we had reached out to Jake Sullivan, Finer. I literally called the White House and I was on hold with the switchboard,” Stryk said. “And we finally made contact with Finer, and, at the end of the day, Finer did absolutely nothing for us.”

He continued, “And then when it was really really needed, when our girls were at the Taliban checkpoint in Kabul, we sent a 911 email to Finer asking him for help and guidance and we were looking for anything, but we never received anything from the White House, none of our emails, our calls, text messages, ever resulted in any response back that would help anything.”

Finer had responded a few times, but his messages were “conciliatory,” and, when the critical email was sent about the girls, Finer failed to respond, Stryk explained.

“But when it came to actually doing something for these girls, we never got anything. And when it was getting critical… we emailed Finer and he never responded to us, we never heard anything back from him,” he said.

‘Security Breach’ in California Recall Election Has Officials Demanding ‘Rigorous Audit’

Now they want audits. A “security breach” impacting the California recall election has officials calling for “rigorous audits” to ensure that the results are legitimate.

The ‘security breach’? Mike Lindell’s Cyber Imposium actually leaked copies of Dominion Voting System’s proprietary Election Management System (EMS). This is an unauthorized form of ‘transparency’ that election officials are not in the least bit interested in. The Associated Press reported on the election security breach.

“A group of election security experts on Thursday called for a rigorous audit of the upcoming recall election for California’s governor after copies of systems used to run elections across the country were released publicly,” the AP reported. “Their letter sent to the secretary of state’s office urges the state to conduct a type of post-election audit that can help detect malicious attempts to interfere.”

“The statewide recall targeting Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, set for Sept. 14, is the first election since copies of Dominion Voting Systems’ election management system were distributed last month at an event organized by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, an ally of former President Donald Trump who has made unsubstantiated claims about last year’s election,” the AP continued. “Election offices across 30 states use the Dominion system, including 40 counties in California.”

The letter was endorsed by eight election security officials, including prominent authority figure Harri Hursti. It was sent to California’s Secretary of State Dr. Shirley Weber. The letter is provided in full below.

“As you know, about three weeks ago, binary images of the Dominion election management system (EMS) were made public,” the letter states. “While the software versions are not identical to those used in California, differences are relatively minor: the release materially elevates threats to the trustworthiness of the ongoing California recall election and to public trust in the election. We urge you to address the issue by taking one critical action – a statewide risk-limiting audit (RLA) of trustworthy paper ballots – which can substantially mitigate these threats.”

The security officials also highlight their ‘immediate concern’ about the reported election security breach.

“The illegal public release about three weeks ago of binary images of the Dominion election management system (EMS) software and its installation environment constitutes a serious threat to the recall election,” the officials wrote. “Two of the images came from Mesa County, Colorado, and one came from Antrim County, Michigan. Those images, which include the EMS and its installation environment, have been widely downloaded.”

Osgood conjured up the image of the January 6 pro-Trump protest in Washington, D.C. to try to justify her recent action to shut down a school board meeting on the mask mandate, where Face Freedom supporters were silenced.

Rosalind Osgood recently said that “a lot of laws don’t work for people who look like me,” meaning black people, in response to Florida governor Ron DeSantis’ executive order banning school mask mandates. Osgood said that “as a responsible school board member I have to follow the law whether I agree with the law or not. Broward School Board chairwoman Rosalind Osgood also said that anti-maskers trying to attend a school board meeting on the county’s child mask mandate equates to an “almost insurrection.” Osgood used the Democrats’ “insurrection” buzzword to marginalize citizens who peacefully protested and tried to enter a meeting recently to make their voices heard, prompting the school board to cancel the meeting. The Broward School Board imposed a mask mandate for children in the coming school year.

According to the Associated Press, several “much older” Afghan men arrived to Wisconsin with young girls they claimed as “brides.”

Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal resulted in 13 dead US service members, 15 critically wounded Marines and sexually abused girls being brought to the US (child trafficking).

This is what Joe Biden considers an “extraordinary success.”

U.S. officials are looking into reports that in the frantic evacuation of desperate Afghans from Kabul, older men were admitted together with young girls they claimed as “brides” or otherwise sexually abused.

U.S. officials at intake centers in the United Arab Emirates and in Wisconsin have identified numerous incidents in which Afghan girls have been presented to authorities as the “wives” of much older men. While child marriage is not uncommon in Afghanistan, the U.S. has strict policies against human trafficking that include prosecutions for offenders and sanctions for countries that don’t crack down on it.

One internal document seen by The Associated Press says the State Department has sought “urgent guidance” from other agencies after purported child brides were brought to Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. Another document, described to the AP by officials familiar with it, says Afghan girls at a transit site in Abu Dhabi have alleged they have been raped by older men they were forced to marry in order to escape Afghanistan.
