SC Supreme Court says Columbia mask mandate violates the law

COLUMBIA, S.C. In a 5-0 decision the South Carolina Supreme Court has struck down the City of Columbia’s mask requirement for students and staff in all daycares, elementary, and middle schools.

On Tuesday, the State Supreme Court heard from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and lawyers representing the City of Columbia. Wilson’s team argued that the city’s requirement went against a temporary law written into the state budget, also known as a proviso.

The proviso reads, “No school district, or any of its schools, may use any funds appropriated or authorized pursuant to this act to require that its students and/or employees wear a facemask at any of its education facilities. This prohibition extends to the announcement or enforcement of any such policy.”

Reality hurts - The January 6th mess was the best thing to happen to Patriots. It's what happens when you attack the Federal Government head on. That's not the way. The way is to take their money away from them. Local School Boards / Education Boards / County Commissioners / City Councils / Police Chiefs / Fire Chiefs / Mayors are in season and the Federal Government won't step in (can't step in). The way you defeat the Federal Government is to strangle them financially. The Federal Government is a defacto money laundering machine for the top 100 multinational corporations. Starve the corporations and starve the Federal Government. How do you do that? Drive the Corporations out of your communities. Every time you buy something from Walmart or Target or Taco Bell or Red Robin or the Dollar Store a percentage cut goes to the Federal Government. Your money is being taken out of your communities to fund the theft of your Federal Government. The fight is local anons, not in DC.

Every time you give money to Walmart Target Taco Bell Wendy's etc… you give money to the enemy. If they suffer a 5% reduction in sales it will bankrupt any one of them. Strangle the multinational corporations financially and suddenly covid will go away 100% and they'll be BEGGING for your business.
