VDH on Tucker prompts a few hard questions. The truth won't be for everyone. The choice to know is yours.

What does 90 billion dollars buy you?

One of the best equipped militaries in the world.

Or a stash of money-making arms.

Depends.

Some perspective of what it means to have armed the TALIBAN.

This represents the equivalent of โ€ฆ

About 85 percent of what the US has given Israel over 70 years.

Seven of the most up-to-date aircraft carriers at 12 billion each.

Three times as many Abrams Tanks the US has ever deployed.

One thousand F35 Fighters.

The arms stash that Biden left behind in Afghanistan is the greatest loss of military equipment in the history of warfare.

How do you arm the enemy and make it look like a minor details you overlooked due to ailing mental capacity? How do you blame the military brass for losing controlled territory and ceding the key to one of the most strategic landlocked corners of the world? How do you create a hostage scenario that invokes the memory of the contrast between Carter and Reagan and which invokes the pathos of POWs left behind in Korea and Vietnam?

How do you strike a massive blow against the strongest country in the world by demoralizing even its finest in uniform?

There are no coincidences.

How do you transfer billions of dollars to your friends and allies? Leave behind military assets that the local bandits can not hope to deploy but which middle-men might put on the open market for sale to those who could do so.

Or, even prompt the US Admin to buy-back what it left behind and thus transfer billions more than those arms are worth.

What is more valuable than a couple hundred stranded Americans in hostile territory? The ransom paid for military equipment that is very desirable the world over and over and over again. The price just went up if the buyer is the US Admin.

There are ways to transfer dollars for donuts, if the donuts can be sold and resold and held for hostage. When next an American is slaughtered by US lost military gear, and that is promulgated around the world, with a photo of a former President aiming the weapon at a target that shocks the world, well, power lust is sometimes both the fruit of as well as the root of all evil.

>They denied our religious exemption

Exercise the exemption. Force their hand.

If still excluded, take your children elsewhere. It suck to have to figure all the contingenies out at this late point, but you'll eventually have a better solution that your children attending a school filled with masked authority figures and masked classmates. Even if you can outwit the school and your kids exercise ememption unmolested, treat it as a bit of time to plan the exist from that school system.

Unsolictied and free advice. Worth the price, maybe.

God bless you and yours Anon.

On the other hand, if you were capable of getting and and out, the gear is there for the taking. Taliban can't defend the stuff and can't use the stuff. So its like the biggest Home Depot of arms deals โ€“ crash and carry.
