but got rid of a gazillion other features I liked in my existing, so after plugging away at it (and many fails—I am NOT a coder), I got everything to work together combined. Copy all of below (didn't fit below… in attached pdf) into javascript field under options for what I believe to be a nice overall JS.
It's long enough that you will want to use "Select All" under the "Edit" tab in your pdf program before the Control-C.
