Bill Clinton Caught Boarding Yacht with Epstein-Connected Billionaire Sugar Baron Brothers

Former President Bill Clinton was reportedly seen on Tuesday boarding a yacht with the Epstein-connected billionaire sugar baron brothers, Alfonso and Jose Fanjul, who have been close to the Clintons for decades.

Splash News obtained photos of Clinton talking to his old Epstein-connected friend Jose with his brother, Alfonso, close by. They appeared to be disembarking on the 95ft boat owned by Alfonso in Sag Harbor, New York.

Clinton was seen in the pictures taking a white paper Sag Harbor Books bag from a crew member from the yacht.

The Daily Mail reported, “Both Clinton and Jose, who goes by the nickname Pepe, appear in late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘black book’ of celebrity, wealthy and influential contacts”:

Abortion Lobby Argues Texas Law Will Flood States with Down Syndrome Children

“Down Syndrome” was trending on Twitter this week alongside “abortion” after the Supreme Court ruled not to block the Texas Heartbeat Act as members of the abortion lobby suggested abortion is necessary to eliminate Down syndrome.

A heavily cited thread came from Newsweek contributor Richard Hanania who proposed that banning post-heartbeat abortions could overrun red states with children with Down syndrome and other disabilities.

“You can’t screen for Down syndrome before about 10 weeks, and something like 80% of Down syndrome fetuses are aborted,” Hanania wrote. “If red states ban abortion, we could see a world where they have five times as many children with Down syndrome, and similar numbers for other disabilities.”

“Could be outliers in the whole developed world,” he warned in a separate tweet. “There are already negative stereotypes of Americans in these states, one can imagine it getting much more extreme. What if they also ban genetic engineering and embryo selection, while other places go ahead?”

“Will they maintain their belief in a small safety net and lower government spending in such a world?” he added. “Would liberals change their minds about government spending if it ends up going to states that have much higher costs due to these laws? Many interesting things to think about.”

One of those who took issue with protesting the SCOTUS decision because more children with Down syndrome would be born was Princeton University Professor Robert P. George, who reminded his followers of similar arguments used by the Third Reich.

Google 'temporarily locks Afghan government email accounts as the Taliban tries to access servers used by previous officials' amid fears data will be used to track down US allies

Google said Friday it was 'taking temporary actions to secure relevant accounts'

The company stopped short of confirming accounts had been temporarily locked and it is not immediately clear how many accounts have been impacted

Around two dozen Afghan government bodies used Google's servers to handle official emails, including ministries of finance, industry and higher education

An employee of the former government said the Taliban asked him to preserve the data held on the servers of the government ministry he used to work for

The employee said he did not comply and has since gone into hiding

Fears are growing that the Taliban will use official files left behind during the US's turbulent withdrawal to track down and take revenge on Western allies

Match Group CEO starts fund for Texas employees seeking abortions following state ban

Two dating apps based in Texas have come out against a state law banning abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, with the CEO of one starting a fund to help employees seeking abortions outside the state.

The chief executive of Dallas-based Match Group, Shar Dubey, said she is setting up a fund to help any of the company's Texas workers who may need to travel out of state for the procedure.

Rival dating app Bumble also criticized the law and announced on Instagram it will donate funds to six organizations that support women's reproductive rights.

FBI agents share "greatest untold story of 9/11" 20 years later

The FBI's New York office was in disarray after agents were forced to evacuate amid the collapse of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11 — unsure if their building in lower Manhattan would be another target.

FBI agents made their way through thick plumes of smoke and falling debris to rescue as many people as possible and gather more information. After hearing from officials in Washington, D.C., agents knew they had a huge responsibility: to find out who orchestrated the attack.

Barry Mawn, then assistant director in charge of the FBI's New York office, scrambled to find a nerve center near the site. He recalls that critical challenge in the documentary "26th Street Garage: The FBI's Untold Story of 9/11," which is available to stream on Paramount+ on Thursday, September 9.

Cleanup boats on scene of large Gulf oil spill following Ida

The U.S. Coast Guard said Saturday that cleanup crews are responding to a sizable oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico following Hurricane Ida.

The spill, which is ongoing, appears to be coming from a source underwater at an offshore drilling lease about two miles (three kilometers) south of Port Fourchon, Louisiana. The reported location is near the site of a miles-long brown and black oil slick visible in aerial photos first published Wednesday by The Associated Press.

So far, the growing spill appears to have remained out to sea and has not impacted the Louisiana shoreline. There is not yet any estimate for how much oil was in the water, but recent satellite images reviewed by AP on Saturday appeared to show the slick drifting more than a dozen miles (more than 19 kilometers) eastward along the Gulf coast.

Coast Guard spokesman Lt. John Edwards said the source of the pollution is located in Bay Marchand, Block 4, and is believed to be crude oil from an undersea pipeline owned by Talos Energy.

You aren't legally allowed to know which variant gave you COVID-19 in the US, even if it's Delta

Most people with COVID-19 in the US are legally prevented from knowing which variant infected them.

That's because sequencing tests have to be federally approved for results to be disclosed to doctors or patients, and most are not yet.

Lab scientists say the process of validating the tests for approval is too costly and time-consuming.
