Get on hands and knees. Raise one leg straight out to the side. Make big circles with foot/leg. Work up to 100. Do both sides. Ouch. It works to make nice buns. Make Anon strong.

Off topic yeah, but an awesome ass is not silly, though. It's foundational, like core strength. If you want to squat and change a tire, or lift something heavy without hurting your back, strong glutes are key.
