Are you using MS Windows?
In the bottom left of the screen there is a Windows symbol next to a white box which says 'Type here to search'
Type "cmd" in that box. No quotes just cmd and hit enter key.
A command window will popup. At the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter key.
After confirmation type "exit" and hit enter key.
Refresh your browser.
