The way you say this suggests that you don't know how MKUltra mind control is done.
It starts with torture. Preferably the subject is kidnapped, but imprisonment against their will is fine to. The torture is physical, done by specialists in military torture so that it does not leave much damage but there will be some scars. The intent of the torture is to inflict maximum pain and to MAKE THE VICTIM BELIEVE they are about to be killed. This shatters the mind. Psychological torture is mixed in as well.
Once the mind is shattered, techniques similar to hypnosis are used to gather fragments and create various personalities for different purposes. One of these is a sex kitten personality that has no sexual inhibitions. This is done for men too, and given that A-list sports stars are in the mix, it means that those masculine macho NFL players spend some of their time sucking the cocks of Hollywood moguls at orgy parties.
During shattering, there is also an episode of betrayal where someone comes in an rescues the victim, takes their side, protects them, earns their trust and the betrays them back to the torturers.
The programming of the personalities is done using a template. Used to be a lot used the wizard of oz, now it is more likely to be a Disney movie. The personalities are encouraged to live in the fantasy world of their story when they are not called forth by triggers. A handler triggers the personalities as needed for performing or interviewing or partying.

And since the cabal stumbled onto this kind of thing thousands of years ago, we need more open awareness of the mind, of dissociation as a response to trauma and stress, how a person with dissociations in their mind can live a healthy life. A lot of people will have partially dissociated personalities, or imperfect dissociations. I suspect that I have this around driving. I can get into a daydream and drive several miles through traffic and suddenly I come to and cannot remember the intervening time. Loss of time is an indication of dissociation.
In any case, if you or someone you know appears to have DID then elect a leader among the personalities, have that leader make sure that every personality is loved and cared for and gets what they need. No locking out of personalities, just develop an effective shared use of the body, and eventually all the personalities will more or less integrate.
By the way, those comical friends from school who were great at doing voices and accents and playing different characters. They are creating and controling partially dissociated personalities. The Illuminati have great difficulty getting that type of person under stable mind control.
It probably works differently on older people, past middle age.
It does not work on kids. The victim must have reached sexual maturity or the programming will not be stable. Younger kids are often conditioned but this is not necessary. The conditioning would be seen by outsiders to be child abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, but it is not because it is accompanied by hypnotic suggestion and manipulations (giving or withholding candy).
Don't feel sorry for the victims. Their life is not horrible if they are Hollywood (including NFL etc) mind control slaves. They no longer have a personality to experience what you are imagining. Their life is broken up into compartments. They didn't know this is what they were signing up for, because the moguls are satanists and therefore deceive in all that they do.

To win at playing the game a satanist needs to be as competent as possible at their unique personal skills. That is why they compartmentalize the personality, so the main personality can work without being distracted by sexual thoughts or memories of the last baby sacrifice ritual. These days the bloodlines have psychologists and psychiatrists who do most of the programming
Cloning is done by MKULtra. When a new personality is constructed and the body is met by friends who only know a different personality, they quite rightly recognize that this is the body they know, but it is a different person. Of course there is only the one body.
This is where anons can really make a difference. Don't wait for POTUS to clean up DC. Get out there and look for cronyism in your local area. Your town or county or state also has the same problems with corrupt people who are supporting the cabal.
