Odds are anyone with a college degree from the 80s to current is ruined or suspect at best. Anyone in any school system from 2000 is just ruined.
I've seen entire office buildings filled with American representatives of the people that just seemed to be ready for the day they can retire and be xpats, at every grade level.
The current school system provides a soft conditioning allowing for long term and permanent success. These can't be easily reversed.
