Brilliant, strategic move, to have the continuing resolution end in 3 weeks. The constitution won't allow members of congress to be arrested in DC, while in session. It would be the perfect time to shut the govt down again, after the memo and other information is released to the public, during the CR. People will be so pissed off that they'll be demanding arrests. Great optics. More winning for Trump, 'cause you know the shutdown won't have any support from most.
