Yes, I've read a bit about this elsewhere - but that site looks like a comprehensive coverage of the picture.

Just think about how a boomer hippie type feels betrayed to discover their life-changing, heart-felt revolution and most formative and impassioned life experiences were part of them being culturally manipulated as an extensive experimental psy-op to utterly disempower them.

Now apply that thinking and empathy to the protesting lefty sky-screamers, pussy-hat-wearing marchers and (non-paid) antifa people. I like to think that they're on the same side as us (the side of good, as opposed to evil) - they just don't know it yet. It's easy to be led astray in a world so permeated by lies. From looking at the ilo.org website - it seems like the figure is supposed to reflect their best estimates of "at any given time" (or currently/right now).

Interesting take on the "These People are Stupid." I had felt it meant those at the very top as well though - they have picked the wrong allegiance (evil) and grown prideful and careless because of the power they have accumulated (illusory though it is - being that it is acquired from a "leader" who ultimately dooms them all).

As for Cory Goode and the rest - I've looked into that, but am now (after years of research and listening to interviews and testimonies etc) become convinced that it is extra-dimensional entities (fallen ones) masquerading as "aliens" - and that the church (particularly the Catholic church) is being teed up to be part of the great deception coming. If you're open to checking out a doco recommendation - I would point you to Age of Deceit (1&2). See what you think. You may find these ancient structures explained by the concept that these fallen ones have been influencing our tech for thousands of years (at times presenting themselves as "gods" at others as "visitors".

My strong feeling is that if Podesta, Clinton, and the Pope (etc) are promoting a move towards "disclosure" - we should be veeeeeeery circumspect about it. Anyway, just chucking in another angle consider from this random autist.
