Lots of rain lately…like record rain since they've been keeping records…more on the way.

A lot of the other dams are getting full also. Still some room left at 3 gorges, but not much and if the rumors are true, the workers say it makes scary loud noises inside when it gets anywhere close to full. So, they don't.
