Not stoking fear, but I can assure you the local ER is loaded with patients, most diagnosed with COVID, and the hospital is reporting mostly unvaxxed. What they aren't reporting is most are from out of town. Why are other hospitals sending their patients here in "very deepred" country is a mystery (yeah, right). If you live in a rural-ish area, and near a hospital that is actually experiencing a huge influx of "cases", get your ear to the ground. The hospitals themselves are coordinating transfer of patients out of their counties. In our area, many are driving 2 hours just to get in and be seen because their local hospitals are "overflowing".
Shit's all fucked, smells funny, and nobody's asking the right questions. Keep your chin up, and your bullshit meters fully charged.
