Thank you anon. Good post. If there was not a consent form I would be very upset. Every person that has received the jab has agreed to it and has waived their rights to hold anyone accountable. A contract is a contract.

Right to try. Who has the right to stop anyone from getting a medicine of any kind? Obviously the marketplace wanted the jab. Nobody has been forced to get a jab and the consoomer signed away all their rights as well. Contract law is something you may want to learn and quit using your emotions.
Doesn't matter. It's still signed and all rights of the patient have been waived. There is zero recourse in any court of law due to the consent form being signed. My emotion and opinions are irrelevant at this juncture due to the sheep signing the contract. Only person that will be held accountable are those that lined up to get the shot and begged for it.
Fear is certainly a great marketing ploy. I been hosed a few times by it. Live and learn.

• I understand that this product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an EUA to
prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals either 16 years of age or older or 18 years of age and older; and the
emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of
emergency use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the declaration is terminated or authorization revoked
sooner.
• I understand that it is not possible to predict all possible side effects or complications associated with receiving vaccine(s). I understand the
risks and benefits associated with the above vaccine and have received, read and/or had explained to me the Emergency Use Authorization
Fact Sheet on the COVID-19 vaccine I have elected to receive. I also acknowledge that I have had a chance to ask questions and that such
questions were answered to my satisfaction.
• I acknowledge that I have been advised to remain near the vaccination location for approximately 15 minutes (or more in specific cases) after
administration for observation. If I experience a severe reaction, I will call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital.
• On behalf of myself, my heirs and personal representatives, I hereby release and hold harmless the State of Florida, the Florida Department of

Contract still stands. Nature does not give one crap to ignorance. Eventually nature destroys the foolish and the wise.
Consent form was signed. No nuremberg trials on this one. Once it gets to gun point then the nuremberg laws can potentially kick in but will need an invading army to help kick the trials off.
It's not a complicated consent form. Very easy to read and is not full of latin. Nobody is to blame as long as consent was granted.

chek't. It doesn't state any side effects. It just says there could be some and if there are you are not to hold anyone accountable and you are on your own. It's really simple anon. I get what you are saying but we are talking legalese here and with the signature on that consent form nobody else will ever be held accountable except the one that took the shot. It's that simple. Science is one big oops. With the consent form signed and science says in a few years woops we messed up the history books will be kind to the makers of the jab. Please do not ignore reality.

Yes. Our elected officials made that law. And yet we continued to line up to vax our children after that law was put into place. It is amazing how stupid we are.
