The Maxwell Drop is nothing new and imho not something to get excited about, sadly.

It's a pro se (self filed) case naming anybody and everybody, long on allegations and absent virtually any details.

Just did a cursory search of Plaintiff 1 Charlene Y Latham and found other cases she's filed against insurance companies seeking more damages after being paid a settlement, she even had one case late last year suing Donald Trump that got thrown out. I even found a link back here (pb above).

I've read the whole filing and would be very interested see if she can prove any of these allegations with factual evidence. It reads like a drama, not a legal filing.

I'm not saying it's a nuisance gold-digger case hoping for a settlement, but if I was a bettin' man…

Interviews can be dramatic, but the filings are slightly more useful when the elements of the offenses are included. This reads like a distillation of grey board gossip. If it happened and she can sauce her claims, that'd be awesome, I'm rooting for her; but after reading the filing, I have next to no confidence in it being bona fide.

Lay out now why it's worthy. List the elements of the alledged offenses. Put victims and suspects in close proximity of time and space. Do it!
