However mental retardation, irrespective intent and covered under EITHER column, is/SHOULD still be something disqualifying for a person to have a significant impact upon my life and family. I do not need to see them ‘removed’ from society. Maybe the person fits only the first column and is deserving of sympathetic understanding and maybe even help. However no matter which column, they should in no way occupy the “driver’s seat” with any kind of government employment, schooling activity, public works job, bus driver, Medical/Pharmaceuticals/Science, information influence and so forth.
I will try your logical cognition test on some people I interact with and see what expressions are generated on their face. Anyone with a mask on can just be ruled out early. If they pull the mask off, we can proceed with further “testing”.
